Good food, good service

We think this is the place we want to review -- the grill in the Bohemian Hotel. Food and service were way above average. Highly recommended, even if you think the price is a bit high. It's worth it!

I have found over the years any place associated with Marriott is first class. Lovely ambiance, excellent food. Higher end dining but worth it.

Celebrated my birthday here with my husband while staying at the hotel. We started off in the bar with a couple of glasses of champagne and St. Germain. Once we were seated, our waiter was excellent. I had the potato soup to start, followed by the mountain trout. Both were delicious, but my husband was definitely jealous of my soup!... More

After a morning of shopping in Biltmore Village my friends and I wandered across the street to the Grand Bohemian Hotel just to look around the lobby and to check out the Colleen Webster art on display. The Red Stag Grill in the lobby area looked inviting, attractively decorated in hunting lodge style so we decided to have lunch there.... More

Went with high expectations and setting was really nice. Went downhill from there we were seated and waiter gave us water and left. Next time we saw him was to take our food order we said we would like to order drinks which he took then said "food?" So we gave the whole order. The wine was awful and someone... More

We had brunch at the Red Stag the night after a family wedding. They offered upscale and unique takes on brunch and lunch staples (like the pimento cheese BLT with parmesean truffle french fries I ordered). The atmosphere and decor of the space is also very cool, unique. Our server was friendly and helpful, even when we grew from 4... More

Dropped in for lunch while shopping in Asheville. Enjoyed a classy, tasty lunch with good service. Wished we could have schedule a dinner. Grilled peach salad and lamb burger hit the spot. Free parking and hospitable staff provided a delightful contrast to the price gouging and scripted service at Grove Park Inn. Fun atmosphere if you like Bambi heads!

We were in Asheville for a quick Biltmore get away. I selected the Red Stag Grill from web reviews and went with the Chef's tasting four course meal with wine pairing for my wife and I. Each course was incredible from the balance of texture and flavors in the salad to the Scallop/Crab cake for my wife next course to... More

My wife and in-laws stayed at the Grand Bohemian for a quick trip. Initially we had intended on having dinner somewhere in tow, but the Red Stag on the premises had an interesting atmosphere and good reviews. We had a great dinner. The waiter was very courteous and friendly. He was able to advise us in detail about the offerings.... More

We met friends for a Saturday breakfast while visiting Asheville. The atmosphere is amazing. You feel like you're in a 150 year old European hotel...just lovely. The food was wonderful and just a bit different to make it amazing. The Chorizo avocado omelette, fried green tomato benedict were wonderful! This is a wonderful place to relax, meet with friends, business... More
