Little has changed in this diner over the decades, including the speed, quality and service they consistently provide. If you are visiting Asheville, join the locals there, especially for breakfast. You'll experience an old fashion neighborhood diner, with fresh, home made and tasty food served by competent and friendly waitresses. This gem should be on your "must do" list when... More

It's so easy to entertain yourself on the main drags of Lexington and Broadway, but don't stop there. Hard to find, so take the walking tour developed by the visitor's center.

We love going to Five Points for brunch. The wait for tables (and food) is never long and the food is extremely reasonable with large portion sizes. There's also parking and the staff is very friendly. Five points is definitely a must- especially when you just want some good grub and no frills (it's also a fantastic hangover meal).

We stopped in for breakfast after some local friends recommended it and we were not disappointed. It was delicious. Definitely a locals' place and we got a few strange looks (and we're just a typical family, Mom,Dad, teen), but I guess it was clear we were not usuals! The staff was friendly though and the service was very good, very... More

Standard breakfast fare but prepared with more care than most. And I loved their house potatoes. Tasty, crunchy, well seasoned. Their omelets were good too. Not the French Laundry but the food was good and reasonably priced. We will come back.

Places like this used to be common 30 or 40 years ago, now they are a vanishing breed. That Five Points is thriving just a couple blocks from downtown makes it all the more remarkable. You won't get gourmet here, and the house salad I received was tired iceberg pre made, what you will get is good, friendly service, large... More

Great food! Classic Greek-owned, American-style working-class diner / restaurant. Nothing too fancy ... simply good food prepared well!
