We recently enjoyed dinner with two other couples at Bistro at the Biltmore Estate Winery. The atmosphere, service and food was top notch. Each person in our party enjoyed their meals. And, of course, the wine selection was excellent. We will definitely return to this restaurant on another trip to Asheville.

We live here, bought dinner here at a charity benefit, only to learn when we called for reservations, that one must have a Biltmore ticket($55 each) to gain access just to the restaurant, even though it is at Antler Village, far from the estate, but on the grounds. Ok, we got over that cheesiness, went with friends who got us in... More

Tried the bistro since the smokehouse was closed. The rosemary bread was tasty. I'm picky about what I'll eat so pizza was my best option. The wood oven pizza was delicious. Kids spaghetti overpriced. Our server (Giovanni) was nice and efficient.

nice atmosphere and great food. Had a late lunch here that hit the spot after a day of exploring. Mike H was our waiter who was helpful and attentive. french onion soup. Watermelon and watercress salad. Wonderful bread with olive oil. We had the small cheese plate that came with local honey. And the best part Duck Pate.

Because the Biltmore Estate is so massive and takes most of they day to see; it is very tempting just to go ahead and eat at one of the restaurants on the property. Since most, if not all, tickets allow you to leave and come back, however, fight the urge to eat there. Do the smart thing and go off... More

An interesting assortment of dishes on the menu. Our selections were all tasty. Good wines from the Biltmore Winery (however, NOT North Carolina vintages). Like the rest of the place, on the pricey side.

We wanted something small as it was later in the day so we decided to try the Bistro. We had wine (of course) and an appetizer - Calamari. One of the best we've had. And then we shared a Pizza. It too was very good. The service and the ambience was very good. We would definitely eat here again.

Had dinner two nights with different appetizers. Very lite on tomatoes and beet vegetables. One slice of heirloom tomato in Greens and Heirloom Tomato salad and 3/4 of slice of red beet in Grilled Beets and Speck Ham. Both dishes excellent as well as both meals. Get your own appetizers as sharing will not be enough. Good news is you... More

Was really looking forward to dining at the Bistro but it ended very badly. Couple in our mid fifties celebrating our thirty year anniversary. Our server, Joe, was friendly and took care of us. I ordered the chicken and my husband ordered the scallops. We started off with a pizza -- it was pretty basic and boring hardly any ingredients.... More

My second day at the Biltmore Estate began with wine tours and tastings, so now I was hungry and ready for some simple bistro food. Well it was very covenant to have a bistro restaurant right next to the vineyard tasting room. I started with a beer sampling consisting of two Biltmore micro brewed beers and one local Asheville Micro... More
