Always a great meal. The menu changes seasonally and they showcase local sourced produce and meats. They make an effort to creatively present their dishes. Dessert is also literally a treat. We always make a point of dining at the Bistro when visiting Asheville. Go a little early and check the times that the Winery Shop is open so you... More

We had a lovely dinner at the Bistro during our stay at the Biltmore Inn. I was a little sceptical as I know there are so many great restaurants in town. However we are only here one night and decided to eat on the grounds. Had an excellent meal with excellent service. My husband loved the octopus app, the grilled... More

Server was friendly and food yummy, except for the roast beef sandwich which was strange in that the meat was freezing cold and the rest of it warm. Also there is a huge construction site next door right now so one half of the restaurant feels a little dark. Otherwise a nice place in a beautiful setting.

The food was good, but not amazing. Steaks were undercooked, and this from someone who likes a rare steak. Obviously choices are limited on the estate, but there are better options in Asheville at a much better value if you can wait just a bit longer to eat. Prices here are severely inflated for what what you receive.

Although I was not happy with the gnocci I ordered, the server took it back and didn't charge me; my calamari was excellent, although the bed of olive tapenade was excessive.

Their dark and stormy drinks were wonderful. Our dinners were delicious and the service was excellent.

My wife and I stopped by during our time on the Estate grounds and both enjoyed our Pizza and Steak. We shared a sweet tea and it was the perfect lunch. Great service too!

My wife and I decided to have a light supper at the Bistro after a long but enjoyable day at the Biltmore Estate. We got a free coupon for a Calamari starter when we asked at the information desk about the restaurant hours. Had a nice wine tasting of the Biltmore Winery’s products and then walked next door into the... More

I've eaten at several of the restaurants on the Biltmore estate (stable restaurant, cedric's tavern, the creamery). This time I tried the Bistro and the food was definitely the best so far. After we finished perusing the winery shop, we headed over to the bistro to grab some lunch at 11:30am. The bistro can be pricey and the lunch prices... More
