Homestead is not known for its cuisine. We had to have a sushi fix so we selected this restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but dark. The service is prompt and friendly. The sushi menu is OK but not that creative. The tea is good. The rice is well done. The sushi has a lot of rice for the amount of... More

I had been craving sushi, and this place did not disappoint. The rainbow roll and the seaweed salad are excellent! While the food was great, the service was even better. Our waitress was all smiles. Our 10-month-old got a little upset, and our waitress went out of her way to make our baby happy. She brought her a children's book... More

Many menu options so liking sushi isn't a must. Only 2 other people dining the night we were there at 7:00 so yes the service was excellent. When I inquired about the house wine, the server didn't know and kindly brought me a sample to try. We tried Unagi sushi, gyozas, fish katsu and fish teriyaki, & house salad.....all very... More

Located in a bland corner of a Publix Shopping Center, this little restaurant consistently serves up fresh and delicious Japanese food. On a recent lunch visit, I ordered a Dragon Roll and a small salad with house dressing. The roll was a generous size and perfectly executed from the plump shrimp to the beautifully nutty avocado. The salad was basic... More

I eat sushi a few times per month and this is the best I have had in a long time. The fish is very fresh and the sauces are all made from scratch. The restaurant decor is simple, but the food is better than the super expensive places.. Give it a try next time your in the mood for Japanese... More

I personally don't eat Sushi but there are other foods there that are excellent and presented in a feast for your eyes too. My son loves Sushi (to me it's bait) but he enjoyed it. The ladies are very sweet and make you feel at home. At night you can dress but in Homestead everyone wears shorts & flip flops.

We frequent many restaurants, and as far as Sushi is concerned you will not be disppointed!!! Highly recommend you pay them a cisit'

Nikko's is a tiny place but is big on taste. Salad, soup...everything is so fresh! Very friendly staff. If you like Japanese food, this place is one to put on you "must eat at" list!

After finding out Miyagi closed, I was in search of a good sushi restaurant. Based on the other reviews I saw I figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did!! The server Jeannine was friendly and made me feel welcome. I had the sashimi appetizer and the niyagi dinner. Niyagi came with Miso soup which was piping hot... More
