Rao's Bakery on Calder is a great breakfast stop as well as one of the best bakeries in Beaumont. I enjoy stopping for a Cafe Latte in the morning and grabbing a chicken salad cup or garden salad for lunch later. Wonderful service! Quick stop!

What a delightful bakery with such tremendous pastries that I think I put on another two pounds just looking at the goodies. We read about the place on Trip Advisor and decided to go here for breakfast rather than eat at the hotel. If you are looking for the traditional breakfast menu, you will be disappointed. They do not have... More

Love their flavored coffees. For Valentines Day I bought a cake for two. It was out of this world! Next year my wife wanted the same thing. They have a great product.

The goods do not tastes too good. However, they are decorated beautifully. I ordered an apple pie. It weighted 20 lbs!! The apples were very dry and tasteless. I ordered an italian cream cheese cake for my daughter's birthday. When ordering, I asked that they not put so much icing and if they could make it a two layer. I... More

After reading other reviews, we decided to eat here. I had the Turkey and Provolone on Focaccia and my wife had the Turkey and Provolone on Wheat. The turkey was good since they heated it on a press. Unfortunately, the sandwiches are pre-made at this location and they had no fruit @ 11:15 am in the morning. Maybe the other... More

Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The pastries are extremely tasty. Coffee's good, also. Nice part of town. Antique shops all around.

This is a quaint old bakery with lots of charm. We went here just to see what all the buzz was about. It was 3 in the afternoon so we really were not hungry but could not resist sharing one of their huge cinnamon rolls. Really really good! We don't drink specialty coffees but they sure do have a lot... More

This place has it all fresh-baked goods, excellent coffees, Italian gelato, free Internet and atmosphere that makes you want to come back over and over again. There are several pastry cookie selections that puts Starbucks to shame. once you go here it's the only place you want to go ever!!!

And I've been to Denmark, so that's saying something. All of their pastries were delicious and so fresh. Definitely at the top of the list for the next time.
