Always good

Just a nice place to go for something different in Los Alamos. I have always been pleased with the food and service. It is a little pricey, but everything in Los Alamos is. I'm not a sea food eater, so I usually stick with the New Mexican.

Since there are not many places to eat in Los Alamos, so we keep giving this place a try. But no more. The service is horrible - not friendly, do not fill drinks, forget to bring items you ask for - and it is too expensive for what you get. This last visit we sat for 20 minutes for the... More

A bit expensive and the steak my husband ordered was more well done than medium rare even though they would get him another steak he said no, staff is very nice, small place so gets crowded fast.

We took the advice of reviewers, and we chose Blue Window for dinner on a Monday evening. We were surprised at the prices for the options on the menu. It was crowded for a Monday. Maybe because we ate what we could afford, but our meals were average in quality. After we finished our meals, we heard a different server... More

...and they graciously seated us and took care of us just like if we weren't keeping them late. Excellent food, nice beer and wine list with quaint outdoor seating. We loved it.

Visited this restaurant our first weekend in Los Alamos and it is our favorite for a nice dinner experience. Charming spot. Always busy. I would love to know what their secret is to training their servers. These are the best servers in all of New Mexico. I say that with 35 years experience in the hospitality business.

This is a great place to eat in Los Alamos. The bistro is decorated in southwestern tones which immediately relaxes you. The menu has a wide choice and the flavours of the dishes we chose were outstanding. Our server, Amanda, was professional, friendly and attentive to just the right degree. Highly recommended whenever your travels take you to this very... More

Had lunch there on way out of town. Very nice setting and the food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. This would be another great location to eat while in the secret city.

You can't beat the décor and ambience...very nice, very warm. Lunch time found a full house of eager eaters. I tried the shredded Roast Lamb Sandwich, with feta cheese and caramelized onions on a base of arugula. The bun was the best part. I thought the lamb was a bit on the dry side and relatively bland on the flavor... More

Fresh, well-prepared food at an extremely reasonable price. Service was outstanding, particularly considering they were very busy. Convenient to the downtown tourist sites. I would definitely recommend it.
