Unexpectedly good restaurant.

There were few restaurants open for dinner at this hour, we went there based on the recommendation of Moon's New Mexico guide book, had hamburgers and they were top notch. Waiter was very nice too. Seems like a very popular place in Los Alamos as the place was full of people. Highly recommended.

Diane got the salmon salad --whoa, look at the picture, now that's a salmon salad. I got an okay pulled pork barbecue sandwich. Typical restaurant-wish I got what the other guy got. Reasonably priced.

Great menu, with many choices, and a good beer selection. Service was awesome, almost too awesome...got up to use the restroom and they started to bus my table. Got a free beer out of it, but hey! They weren't rushing me out, the busser just thought I was done and gone...hadn't even paid yet!

First TA's ratings for Los Alamos restaurants need human review. #1 is a tiny Mexican take-out joint. #2 is Starbucks. Really? These aren't even restaurants. Blue Window is a very nice, reasonably priced restaurant, not fancy, but with good food and service. Good wine selections too, My pork tenderloin with barbecue-hollandaise sauce was excellent, as was my wife's grilled salmon... More

Very good dining experience. Waitstaff was friendly and competent. My dinner companion really liked her fish n chips. I had the prime rib and potato which was also excellent. The waitress was knew about which items on the menu were gluten free

The business is pretty quick qbout your order to you. It is too bad the orders do not add up to much.

Our family came to the area for the day. Friendly service, good place for families (we always appreciate a good kid's menu). My husband had a chicken sandwich with green chili stew and said they were great. I had the garden burger with side salad and they were good as well. I would recommend this restaurant to friends visiting the... More

I had the nightly special, which was blackened salmon over spicy bow-tie pasta, and it was excellent. The place was packed and seems to be a local favorite.

The restaurant is located in a small shopping center on the main street of Los Alamos. My husband had blue corn chicken enchiladas. I had cream of asparagus soup and a salad. All of the dishes were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient.

The place is nice and maybe the best option in Los Alamos (really small town with even smaller restaurant options!) but food was just average: I ordered the Pork Tenderloin that was very tender but tasteless... no salt, no nothing. My wife ordered the 8oz. Filet Mignon and was not bad... but could be much better for the price ($28.50).... More
