Good breakfast!

I really over the French toast! But what is really great about this place is the friendly and family environment. You really feel like home!

Anyone interested in New Mexico home style food will love this place. A favorite locals cafe for lunch and breakfast, I recommend going a bit off-hour to avoid the rush. The stable staff of Viola's consistently serves one of the best red-chile (caribe) enchiladas in Northern New Mexico. All their food, however, is first-rate-home-style-New-Mexico-grandmother fare, and not the gloppy overdone... More

We Eat there at least once a week! It's a family affair place, not fancy, but consistently great food. If you go in to eat between 11:15 and 12:15, expect a line, but it goes quickly...so wait!

Great value. Best Huevos Rancheros on the planet. Great chili. Incredibly fast service. Friendly wait staff.

First, the address listed above is decades old. Viola's is located between Los Alamos National Bank and 15th Street. Each time I visit Violas, the staff is excellent. Once seated, the service is incredibly fast. I can't get through new Facebook posts before the food arrives hot from the kitchen. The wait staff is then attentive keeping my iced tea... More

Went for lunch, had a burger which came out very fast. Atmosphere is nothing special but staff was friendly. Not open for dinner, breakfast and lunch only. Food was good nothing special.

Did not know they closed at 2PM and we showed up at about 1:50 but they happily let us in and had great service. After a long hike their stuffed sopapilla was fantastic. We shared that and an order of green chili fries with a cup of pasole and that twas plenty for two.

Viola's is set back in the parking lot across from the Bradbury Museum. Went with 3 couples....everyone had a different dish and everyone enjoyed it. Carne Adovada was a special....great dish....fresh ingredients. Restaurant is Hugely popular with the locals. Service was excellent. Strongly recommend for lunch if you're in the area visiting the museum or Bandalier.
