Only open for breakfast, this place is fast and delicious.

This is one of those places I wish we had near home. I have become accustomed to waiting for a table when I go out to breakfast, so I went ahead to get our names on the list as the rest of the party parked the car. To my surprise, the wait was less than 5 minutes, and this was... read more

I thought this would be an over hyped breakfast place. I was wrong. I had one of the best meals ever. I order the Cheese and Bacon Omelet with an English muffin. It was outstanding. My wife had the Eggs Benedict and it was just as good. Most items are about $11.00. We were there at 11am and the service... More

This is not IHOP (nothing wrong with that, I'm an IHOP fan), it is upscale and therefore not $2.99 all you can eat pancakes. It may be a bit pricey but, its is so very good for breakfast. We go whenever we're in town and have started taken fellow travelers. Its been great every time we've been.

I got the chorizo scramble, which was just not good. It has sliced corn chips in the eggs/sausage, which is not a bad idea. But they put mine in with wet eggs (vs at the end of cooking) so it was just a soggy, mealy mess. Not good and I mostly focused on eating my toast leaving 3/4 of my... More

Both the Swedish and ginger pancakes were great, as was the country bacon. Staff was so friendly. It is a little hard for larger groups. A group of 6 barely barely fit around the largest table, so consider splitting into smaller groups.

Of all the times we've stayed in Moab, even for a week at a time for mountain biking, we've never been able to get into the Jailhouse Cafe. Usually the line stretches halfway down the block. So we were determined to get a table this time, and were there just as they opened for the day. As we walked back... More

Unusual selection for folks from out of town, but was a great new experience. The history of the place is unique and we enjoyed having our meal outdoors. The staff was great too.

I say hipster but maybe the right word is popular. There was a pretty long wait when I was there. We just beat the rush so I don't know how long it was. It looked closed when I went by in November 2014 but if it's still open, I say do it because the breakfast was great.

Great place. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. It fueled us up right for a day at Arches. The food is excellent and the story behind the building is very neat. Old jailhouse/courthouse from gold rush days. It is authentic atmosphere much better than some of the kitsch decorations at other Moab eateries. Attentive service. The pancakes were great as was...
