We had reservation for 6:30, but probably did not need to call ahead since we were so early. We had our choice of seating: restaurant, lounge or patio. We opted for the lounge, which was comfortable and fairly quiet. Service was adequate, but not great. But the food was very good. I had the bison tenderloin with peppercorn sauce and... more

Super expensive for what you get...might as well go to Denny's. Had the expensive dinner and my stomach hurt all night and half of the next day! Wouldn't go back or recommend it! more

I went to Buck's Sept 16 with friends for a great steak dinner. The Petite Sirloin was called Prime Angus. If it was then I must be the King of Siam in some imaginary world. The meat was tough and laced with gristle. But at least it was expensive. The staff was indifferent to feedback. Two days later we went... more

wanted a good steak, went in, very friendly hostess and waitress. Atmosphere looked just ok. Opened the menu and that was enough for me. I've paid for high priced meals many times but for where this place is at and for the impression of the room, the price was far too high. 36 dollars for a 14 oz prime rib... more

Great place to get into the Western sate of mind and drink some beer . The steaks seemed a little tough although not inexpensive. I had a bison burger with duck bacon which was pretty cool. more

A few of our group hankered for a really good steak and were directed to Buck's. We sat on the patio, which has tons more ambiance than the dining room. Menu options are unique and upscale for this area, but our experience found that to not always be a good thing. Most of our dishes were overcooked: steaks ordered medium-rare... more

I was suspicious when I saw the meaningless restaurant motto "Feed Your Spirit"...more concerned when I encountered the aloof hostesses and saw the "private club" section off the establishment off to the side....and the alarm bells continued to ring when they kept me waiting for a table which should have taken two minutes to clear and set up. So once... more

The food, atmosphere, and the service were all excellent. I had not researched this particular restaurant prior to our trip, so we were pleased to come across this one located fairly close to our hotel. It was worth taking a chance on! more

If you're thinking about Buck's, you're not expecting the world, just hoping for a good meal. While there was nothing horrible about the evening, I think you could do better for the same or less money. Moab Brewery, for example. Kind of like Denny's but twice the price. more
