If you travel to Moab, you must experience the Eklecticafe. The food is great. They have the best scrambled tofu! The bread they use if from a local bakery and is delicious! It is cramped, but wort it. It is the best place to get the healthy breakfast you are going to need exploring the Moab area. more

This place is pretty unique: they have a beautiful relaxing garden, excellent espresso. The beans in the breakfast burritos were to die for. But THE FLIES. OH GOD IT WAS LIKE VISITING THE THIRD WORLD. One of the locals said it was because there was livestock grazing in the area, but whatever the reason it was unbearable in July. I'm... more

I ate at Eklecticafe this morning (7-26-2009). The breakfast special was a wild salmon cake with eggs and potatoes. Unique and delicious. Funky atmosphere and I saw locals eating here. Quick breakfast before you start your activities in Moab. more

We were in Moab the week of June 27-July 5 and ate here twice. It is excellent. Try to salmon sandwich. Also, take a look at all the teapots, jewelry, etc. The people are really friendly. Also, the cookies are great! more

Wonderful food, great coffee and perfect atmosphere. This place offers vegan/vegetarian and regular carnivorous fare. My daughter had the spinach-sausage quiche and I had a green chile scramble. Neither of us left any behind. We were there on Sunday when they have only breakfast fare, and the fellow in front of us was being difficult, he wanted lunch. In good... more

Stopped here for breakfast on our way to Arches, and while it was quite crowded we were served reasonably fast at an outside table in a nice garden area. Definitely creative, somewhat alternative (e.g. tofu) food which was delicious. more

The eklecticafe is an adorable little place with plenty of outside seating in their gardens. A koi pond with fountain provides a beautiful sound to the wonderful fresh food they serve. The salmon patties with eggs and homemade whole grain bread is just wonderful. Be sure and treat yourself to this place, servings are large. more
