We ate here during a one week stay in Moab. The waiter was great at suggesting several things to try and we both followed one of his suggestions. He was spot on for both of us and we really enjoyed the food and good service. The patio was nice. The noise level is was a ittle high but we could... More

This restaurant was a favorite. It is opened later than the other restaurants and the food was good. We got the all u can eat pizza, salad bar & soups. The cheese/beer soup was the best you could want. Kept going back for more. You could eat all the pizza, a lot of varities, you wanted and salad bar was... More

The place is really nice. Great outdoor seating. Great service. The food is good, but maybe average. This place is popular with the locals and stays open and busy year round. It beats Pizza Hut by far. If you are looking for a nice place to relax while you eat, you will not be disappointed here. It is a nice... More

Delicious pizza, especially at lunch. Good value. Kind and welcoming staff. I visit every time I am in Moab.

Let me start with what stood out: Very Good Coffee, and an excellent waiter too. My burger was ok, my wife's spinach/artichoke pasta was excellent! Nice atmosphere with local art (pictures of Moab attractions) as well as decorations, the staff is constantly cleaning (GOOD! Just wash your hands after you pick stuff up off the floor, ok?). They paid attention... More

We ended up here because we couldn't get into the Mexican restaurant down the street. It was not crowded at all at Zaks. Service was quick. My husband got the pulled pork. I got the all you can eat pizza and salad. I had to wait for about 15 minutes for pizza, meanwhile my husband finished his food. Pizza was... More

This was our first stop when we arrived at Moab. Before I get to the food, I have to say the service was great. They were so welcoming and informative. We learned about many different "locals" places to see petroglyphs and special arches. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in our trip being a success. The food was fresh and plentiful. My... More

We had a great BBQ Pork sandwich and excellent Apricot Hefeweizen. The beer was suggested by Christopher and it matched well the meal. Christopher was very prompt and cheerful. And his brief discussion of his travels and his love of Moab made for a nice end to a pleasant lunch.

Dinner at Zax was a fun event. It is busy and noisy and popular with families. The service is very good and friendly. Prices are reasonable for Moab. We made the mistake of paying one price to have the all you can eat salad bar, soup and pizza. None of it was very good. The pizza especially was cold. There... More

There was a 45 minute wait so we sat in the bar area. We had fried pickles, bar nachos and a pizza. The pickles were terrible... Over cooked, but they replaced them and the second batch was good. The nachos and pizza were both very good. Our server was not real excited to be serving. He wasn't bad, but considering... More
