We ordered takeout over the phone which proved to be a long and difficult process as the lady on the other end of the phone did not understand us (maybe it was our Northern English/West Australian accents). However, we got there eventually, and the food arrived about 30 minutes later than promised. I had a prawn dish and Doris had... More

We had fried rice, sesame chicken and egg roll/wontons. They were all standard dishes done to an average standard. The service was standard and I was happy to tip but it had been included in the bill which always erks me. The place was a bit grubby, there was a funny smell coming in and my beer was served in... When I told the waitress that the food was cold, she said that sometimes the switch in the buffet turns itself off. I don't know how good the food may have been hot, but cold it certainly wasn't good. Even the fried rice, which was in a separate crock pot was cold. The soup was cold. For a Chinese buffet,... More

If service and comfort are important, change the rating to "2". The Sichuan selections are OK, but you might swoon in the airless room before you finish. I suggest going in the winter months.

At $10.99 before tax, the lunch buffet is reasonably priced in a large tourist town with the downtown area. Note: Apparently, this is standard pricing for low end Chinese buffets in the States. The standard Szechuan soup tasted good. While the other dishes may not be exceptional, I think they are passable by Asian palates.

Managed to fix my craving for Chinese, but nothing spectacular. I was ready to pay extra for rice because I read the reviews before going. The wait staff were very nice because I was on crutches, and helped me settle in with my foot raised. It was a lot of food, so my husband and I just shared one order... More

When the food arrived, there was so much that we thought that we might have to do the American thing and take some home in a box. It was so tasty we wolfed the whole lot down and surprised ourselves. Would recommend.

This is a nice little restaurant, and the food was good and plentiful. The menu is varied, and the service was fine. It was a nice, relaxing meal. However, the prices were far too high for Chinese cuisine, and we don't remember ever having to pay to get rice with our order. Really! They charge if you want rice -... More

They are understaffed but not rude or inattentive. The food was good though not spectacular. A bit pricey but they did not add any gratuity as previous reviewers mentioned. Their signs also clearly indicate that the buffet is lunch only.

The food was very very good. I had the boiled chicken with ginger and green onion and my wife had the more "traditional' kung pao chicken. Both were some of the best chinese food we have had and a really pleasant surprise considering the tourist nature of the town.
