Found this little food truck on Trip Advisor and had to try it while in Moab. The chicken quesadillas were surprisingly yummy and was able to munch on them while driving.

This was our first stop when we arrived in Moab. Hubby had the enchanted chicken and I had the New Mexico identity crisis and they were both delicious but we preferred the New Mexico identity crisis. Flavors were really fresh. Who would have thought artichokes and spinach would go together but they worked. They customized to our taste since my... More

We shared a regular Enchanted Chicken and the flavors were great. The salsa was nothing special on its own but was a great compliment to the quesadilla.

Quick, delicious food. Packed full quesadillas. Definitely worth a stop here for lunch one day. Easy to see why this place is rated so highly

I had the New Mexico Identity Crisis, and it was really yummy. Cheap, excellent food after a hard day of riding in Moab hit the spot perfectly. I will be back.

Our first stop in Moab was here. Based on other reviews, we had the New Mexico Identity Crisis. Never would have thought of putting those ingredients together in a quesadilla, but boy did it work! I think we have a new tradition.

Southern Belle and New Mexican Identity Crisis were great. Kind of expensive tho. Employees friendly.

Best quesadillas ever---we ordered two with the chipotle lime sour cream and spicy salsa to take to a picnic table. We opened a bottle of wine and had a great lunch. There is a menu of the different quesadillas but they modify the toppings to your request.

A must try for lunch in Moab, you will go back again and again. Try the "Identity Crisis", it's my favorite. Bring friends, and don't forget your punchcard.
