This was probably the best quesadilla I have ever eaten. The menu is very small but the food tasted very fresh and wholesome. The price is a little high but a small quesadilla is more than enough for a full meal.

the food here was excellent. BUT the prices were extremely high for a queso. I would go again if they would get prices under control.

My husband and I were on vacation in Moab and came across this food truck. I love quesadillas so we gave it a try. My husband and I agree they were THE BEST quesadillas we ever have eaten! I'm upset we live in Pennsylvania and won't be able to enjoy them again :(

Trip Advisor did not do me wrong with this stop. This was the perfect end to a great day of hiking. At first I was bummed you didn't get chips or anything with the quesadillas, but they are HUGE! The ingredients all tasted fresh and the service was really friendly. So good! They only had two small tables outside for... More

I would never have guessed that food from a food truck could be this delicious!! The only reason we stopped was because of the Tripadvisor reviews, and it was definitely worth it! We split an Enchanted Chicken Quesadilla, and it was the best I have ever had!! It was stuffed full of fresh ingredients and at a great price! What... More

My cousin and sister were raving about this place! It's affordable and delicious! Although there are many choices for food around this area I would recommend trying this place at least one day for lunch, you won't be disappointed!

Found this little food truck on Trip Advisor and had to try it while in Moab. The chicken quesadillas were surprisingly yummy and was able to munch on them while driving.

This was our first stop when we arrived in Moab. Hubby had the enchanted chicken and I had the New Mexico identity crisis and they were both delicious but we preferred the New Mexico identity crisis. Flavors were really fresh. Who would have thought artichokes and spinach would go together but they worked. They customized to our taste since my... More
