Super!

I can see why this place is #1 on Trip Advisor. The Quesadillas are very delicious, cheesy and filling. They don't cut corners or skimp on the ingredients. They have very unique names for their Quesadillas. Cost of Quesadilla is well worth the value. The service was outstanding.

We were told about this great little spot by the staff at our campground, Moab Valley RV. The curly girl at the front desk raved about the Southern Belle. We were not disappointed! They also made just a plain cheese quesadilla for our kiddos that don't appreciate fun additions to food. The Chipotle Lime Sour Cream is a great compliment... More

Very good service, fun atmosphere and a variety of choices. The food is quite good - but not great, and not terribly Mexican. We'd eat here again to try something new but wouldn't rush.

My only disappointment was the chicken is boiled then shredded to the consistency of fine tuna fish which makes the quesadilla lack a variety of textures. These would be super if grilled and diced chicken were used instead. The sauces were very good.

As the picture shows, this is a mobile food truck setting on the main street of Moab. Food was as you'd expect for a mobile food source, but I don't understand why this is rated as the best restaurant. IMHO there are much better options considering food and atmosphere. We have a similar situation in my home town. A local... More

Parked on a corner lot with road access, be careful because they are closed by 5p. At 4pm, they were already out of chicken, so I settled for beef Quesadillas. They were excellent, but my disappointment forces me to grade them down a bit.

Perfect lunchtime spot after a hike in the Arches National Park. Quesadillas are made to order and are mouthwatering. I had the chicken with artichokes, my daughter had the 'dirtbag' and that was delicious and not spicy, Guacemole and tomato relish is extra at a few dollars. Only drinks available are flavoured water and regular water. There are a few... More

Read all the positive reviews on TA and Yelp and had to try for myself. I'm a foodie and NY has some of the best food but Quesadilla was the best I've had!! Make sure to get the chips but 👍👍👍!!

Limited menu. A bit expensive. Deserves all five stars. These quesadillas were delicious. Seriously. If you are in Moab, you need to check this food truck out.

We stopped at this food truck for a quick lunch before heading to Canyonlands. This may be the best quessadilla I've ever had. My wife and I split the Southern Belle (slow cooked beef, Chile, corn, onions, cheese & roasted sweet potatoes) and can of soda. (Total price: $10). It was great...loaded with meat, a bit of speice...overall Yum! It... More
