I've eaten a lot of Thai food. My husband travels worldwide for work and has eaten Thai food all over. We both agree this is EASILY the best Thai food either of us have ever eaten. We ate at Singha almost every night during our stay in Moab because we just couldn't get enough. The chicken pad thai will change... More

This is a restaurant I was thrilled to see arrive in Moab. However, over the years, the service has declined to the level of rude and uncaring, the food quantity has dropped significantly (a Main dish for $18 with 4 shrimp!) and the prices have gone up. The other night, we ordered 4 main dishes and an appetizer - all... More

We spent three nights in Moab and two dinners in this restaurant!!! Very well cooked dishes of thai cuisine, expecially the Curry were very well done, samosas and spring rolls.

we are always nervous about trying ethnic dining in small, remote communities. Fortunately we went in for what turned out to be a good dinner served by a pleasant, friendly waitstaff. The Tom Ka Gai soup was delicious and the green curry and drunken noodles were well received. We'll certainly return during our next visit to Moab.

This is the second time I've eaten at Singha and it's a Moab gem! We walked in with 5 hungry guys and our waitress treated us like kings! When it came time to order, some of us allowed her to pick our meals and we landed up having items we wouldn't normally choose but loved each item! The food is... More

This seemed to be a popular spot, and stayed full while we were there. The space was crowded with not a lot to absorb the sound, so a fairly high noise level. The summer rolls were overwhelmingly lettuce, which is not what we've come to expect from a summer roll. Our entrees weren't bad, they just weren't good enough for... More

The staff was friendly but the food did not have a lot of spice. We LOVE Thai food and thought it was just ok. If you are really in the mood go, but I would skip otherwise.

Most boring fresh spring roll (aka salad roll) I've ever eaten. No herbs at all. Dull dipping sauce. Main course was okay, but nothing special. Gloppy sauces.

Eat here periodically. It's ok, nothing earth shattering but not bad. Had the lunch with shrimp and vegetables. The soup they bring out was fantastic, light delicate, fabulous flavor. The spring roll was a little tough but not bad. The shrimp were cooked well and the vegetables were nice, a small amount which could be argued is what we all... More

A little gem. Unpretentious interior and very nice service. Lots of people eating in this place which is a good sign for any restaurant. Made a welcome change from a lot of stodge that is American.
