My wife and I had a Thai meal here in May 2013. This was our second visit to this restaurant (we had visited four years ago) and, again, we were not disappointed. Great food. Great service.

This would be the best meal we have had after 2 weeks in the US.You can't book so you will have to wait. Our friends queued 15 minutes to get us a table at 730 on a Thursday night but worth it.
We had rice paper spring rolls, samosas to start then tamarind duck, green chicken curry, basil with shrimp and...

We thought the food was good. Apps of Chicken Satay and Crab Ragoon were delicious. Green curry and Spicy noodles were also very good. They are open 7 days a week March - October.
The Singha Thai provides an excellent Thai Cuisine at a reasonable price. We appreciated both the quality of the food and the kindness of the waitresses.
We were craving Thai after two days of heavy meat-based meals in Moab and decided to give this a try. We wanted to be open-minded but really it was disappointing. The shrimp were downright inedible. We'd never return to a restaurant this blah in our hometown.
I couldn't believe my eyes when my wife and I stumbled on to this gem, located off the Main Street in a tiny complex, this place started us off with a 10 minute wait. However the wait was so worth it. I've had Thai in many places but their red curry was the best I've had. Soup was good too....

We decided to try Thai because it was close to the hotel we were staying and it was raining. It is small place and wait was quite long. We have dined in many Thai Restaurants in many different cities and by far this is the worst. Very bland food, no flavours at all. Too pricy.
Clerk at the Ramada recommeded this restaurant. It is very nicely appointed, the food is excellent and we ate there twice.
We stopped by on weekday for dinner and there was no waiting, but from other reviews I could see where this might be an issue on weekends or busy summer months. The food is excellent and the tea selections amazing. I would eat here again and plan to the next time I am in Moab.
First night in Moab decided to try the Thai restaurant as we haven't had good Thai in a long time. While the food was so-so, the service was slow and the cost was somewhat pricey. Because the restaurant is just one room, it gets quite noisy.
