I personally prefer IHOP. Skillets food is very greasy and they got my order wrong. The restaurant doesn't seem very clean. Prices are good and the staff is very polite. I probably won't return but some people may like it!

Breakfast was Good, not the best, but Good. The wait staff was very slow but polite. I would return, but will keep searching for a Better place.

I have been coming to this establishment for 15 years and my family and I love it. Everyone is nice, the food is really good, and the prices are great!

The restaurant is right next door to the La Quinta so it was very convenient to get breakfast. The coffee was a little strong - had to send it back. The menu offers so smaller portion options.

Stopped in for breakfast during a recent fishing trip to Lake Amistad. The service was very friendly and the food was served quickly and tasted good. The portions were healthy as well. Skillets is nothing to write home about, but if you want a good tasting breakfast at a good price, this place will not disappoint.

This restaurant is pretty run-down and the men's restroom was worse than run-down, but our server was pleasant and we got a decent breakfast quickly and inexpensively.

Good breakfast spot, right on Hwy 90, and quick service. We stop here anytime we are driving west. Better than I-Hop or Denny's, with a bit of local charm.

An ok place with an ok meal. The steak I ordered was not overcooked and the sauce saucy. The fried okra was just right and nice.

Pork chops and eggs were over-cooked and service was terrible, our waitress didn't get our order right the second or third time and we had to wait for almost an hour.
