The food here is awesome, my choice here is LEAN BRISKET, you really can't go wrong. Every brisket is pulled out of the giant smokers they have there and cut to your liking and at the table you chose your BBQ sauce, either the sissy or original, both taste great I'd recommend the original. When you're finished and have enough... More

Great place for a big group with open seating. It's not on the menu but on the weekends they have prime rib. Get that in your naked potato. Delicious! Great breakfast tacos too.

We came here after seeing a movie at the theater across the street. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express, and the desk clerk recommended Rudy's. The food was quick and excellent! The brisket sandwiches were delicious, as was the potato salad. The barbecue sauce was quite good as well. Great for quick barbecue!

We eat here all the time (either inside or we get it to go). We prefer Rudy's (a Texas chain) over the independent BBQ places in town but there's a catch: that statement only applies if we get our favorite meat, the LEAN BRISKET! Oh my God, it's soooo good!!! We've also tried and liked their chopped beef, pulled pork... More

We one Saturday after working in the yard all day. Wonderful and fun atmosphere. Service was wonderful and owner came out and chatted and said how wonderful my child acted. Food was great and kids loved there as well. ALWAYS a PLUS!

I came with my husband for a late lunch and we wont waste our money here again. Even the process of ordering our fiid was unplesant. My husband started by ordering a rib plate. The young man serving replyed by yelling we dont. Do that! You have to buy everything separate! Then I asked if the meat potato was available... More

Breakfast Tacos...yum! Turkey....yum! Coming from Georgia, the cobbler isn't bad either. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere and the friendly greeting. If it is your first time there, they allow you to sample their meat selection.

My husband and I decided to try the restaurant because it smelled delicious and was close to our hotel. They boast that they are the best Texas barbecue, but if I based my opinion of barbecue on the food, I'd never eat barbecue again! Staff was very helpful, but the food was awful. Their homemade sauces were terrible! My husband... More

My first experience with Texas BBQ. We were traveling on a family vacation...and I wanted to stop in the second I saw the sign! Fun place, nothing fancy, but you could totally tell that alot of people like this place, it was very busy. We got a sample of a few types of the meats, and enjoyed them all. The... More

That's not completely fair...I had the ribs too, and they were awesome as well! My boyfriend and I come to Del Rio about twice a year, and CRAVE the Del Rio Rudy's YEAR AROUND! I have eaten at different Rudy's and NONE compare to the one in Del Rio! The brisket melts in your mouth! The service is always great... More
