Have eaten Chef Tony's food at three different places on Saipan. He is a master chef and has great dishes. Cafe at the Park's food is outstanding because of his art. Staff is working hard to keep up with customers and they should really add additional staff during peak times. Enjoy!!

Many uncleared tables, food is the bestest! Understaffed , wait staff hustles, but cannot keep up 😳

I believe we ate breakfast here everyday while in Saipan. The food was great, service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable, especially when compared to nearby hotels. It is right across from the American War Memorial.

I tried a few dishes in my short stay in Saipan and I think that my favorite one was the chicken kelaguin, it was savory and tasted like the islands citrus and ginger, their burger are jumbo with jumbo flavor (especially the pulled pork sandwich *yum*) . The service was great and I love their choice in music

This is my first visit to Saipan and just loved the food at this place. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. All the food served were hot and presentation were compatible to a five star eatery. I will definitely return there one day as I am from Seattle. Will recommend to friends and families!

Stopped by early on a Sunday and we split a breakfast - more than enough for both of us. Also a great coffee. Super service

This is one of those great finds where the food is excellent, the prices are low and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. The menu is a mix of Chamorro, Asian and American meals that works. There are lots of menu choices and all I've tried were very good, but I almost always go for the specials that include an... More

I'm a long-time regular visitor and now one year resident of Saipan. This is my favorite restaurant where my wife and I probably dine four times a week. The reason: They have the best chefs on Saipan. Having come from San Francisco which is known as one of the great restaurant cities, I can honestly say that this restaurant would... More
