Located in the lobby of the Century Hotel this little resturant is very popular by the locals. Supporting local businesses is very important in any business. Let's talk about the food - I had the Chamorro sausage scramble with hash browns and a side of pancakes. Everything was very bland as I had to add salt to jazz it up.... More

I have eaten breakfast at Shirley's over 12 times and am an absolute fan of their consistently yummy cuisine! The prices are great and the milkfish /eggs/ garlic fried rice breakfast is enough to keep you happy and full even if you only eat that one meal in the day. I only wish they had an espresso machine and then... More

The portions are so large that you can either share or take home another meal. I had the cashew chicken which was tasty. The decor had a cafe feel.

If you are looking for bland, greasy and unhealthy food, then you must try this place. After giving it a try a few times, my husband and I have vowed that it is not even worth the cheap prices. This might be comforting to a local, but for a U.S. southerner, it doesn't come close.

I have been to Shirley's many times and most of my friends love it cause its cheap and you get larger portions so its perfect for them.. I am writing the review so i cant say its perfect for me. You get what you pay for, for me, its a little too greasy and salty. I tried a couple of... More

Shirley's coffee shop serves good Filipino dishes. They also have special menu daily and they have student meals where students are able to buy meals for $5.50 and it's really worth it! I myself is a student and goes to Shirley's to eat with friends and do group assignments. It's such a convenient place and they have friendly staffs! :)

This place is kind of a 'greasy spoon' diner-type place in the lobby of a small hotel. The service was fast and the food OK, but nothing fancy. Prices similarly are pretty low, good for what you get.

About half the time I'm on Saipan, this is where i eat. I love that the place is always bustling and on my recent trip, i tried their spaghetti for the first time. it was good. It now ranks among my fave like the mixed grill, the arroz caldo and the spam friend rice.

I ordered the chicken and broccoli and it was very salty. I felt a bit sick after. My little ones enjoyed their meal and so did my husband. Maybe it was an off day for me. Will probably go there again.
