Great as I expected

we ordered newyork steak and fried rice.. Actually, we had enjoyed Shriley's in Guam before, and we really looked forward to their food, and they never let us down. The fried rice was still good not only in quality but in quantity, and steak was also good considering the price($15). BTW, they... read more

Good place when you want to eat OK food in huge portions. The fried rice would feed a small family! It's average food but well priced for the quantity.

Had planned on trying this place for a couple of weeks but my schedule didn't let it happen. So on my last day in Saipan I go here to find a fully Americanized breakfast eatery. Fully enjoyed the meal. Even the Chamorro sausage.

The name "coffee" was misleading ( for europeans), we were positively surprised by the great food, the large portions and the reasonable prices. We loved the huge calamari appetizer and the special rice.

Right now this is my favorite place for breakfast on Saipan. It's also great for late night after the bars close. It's got very good Filipino food.

These are the biggest portions I have seen in Saipan, be sure to ask for a Doggie bag! Their Fried Rice dishes are good. The only thing is is that there are a lot of unseparated clumps of rice, and the flavoring does not get into these unseparated little balls of rice!

We go to one of the 2 Shirley's in Saipan about once a month. They serve Island food (based on Filipino) fairly well and their standard of cleanliness and quality for money makes this a very popular restaurant with those people who live on island, i.e. not many tourists know about it. After going to some of the restaurants which... More

I can't say enough nice things about Shirley's. Every time we visit Saipan, we'd try the new restaurants, but every visit will not be complete without dining at least 2-3 times at Shirley's. If you want to see and feel Saipan, you need to visit Shirley's. Also love that it's open 24 hours--we've had many a late night meetings here... More

Located in the lobby of the Century Hotel this little resturant is very popular by the locals. Supporting local businesses is very important in any business. Let's talk about the food - I had the Chamorro sausage scramble with hash browns and a side of pancakes. Everything was very bland as I had to add salt to jazz it up.... More
