Definitely not authentic Vietnamese food. We ordered noodles but it was very Chinese style, fried talapia was Filipino influenced, pad Thai was no where near what I'm used to, sweet and sour pork was one again Chinese style and the spicy chicken was way off. The food was tasty and not bland at all but I do expect more from... More

I really love their fried lumpia and fried noodles. The price is right with the servings amount. The place is also newly renovated and the ambiance is nice. :)

Would go here for their spring rolls alone. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp was also very good. Everything else, a bit pedestrian. Their version of Pad Thai lacked any definitive flavor. It's a cafe style place, not expected to be fancy, and the help was friendly.

Restaurant Truong on Beach Road was worth the trip to the south end of the island. The lumpia/lettuce wrap appetizers were wonderful. Kind of like a combination of an egg roll and a lettuce wrap. The Vietnamese iced tea was very tasty. The service was very good, and the bamboo made for nice decor.

been here several times and so far never been disappointed. they did some changes with the interior which i really like. i love their fried lumpia with a twist (wrap with lettuce & noodles). there are friendly staff and some are just ok. price is reasonable considering the serving. it best to dine in before 12noon or 1pm especially during... We were fortunate to just come across this restaurant when exploring near the hotel. The food was excellent and quick as well as being reasonably priced, well worth a visit if you are in Saipan

Second time here. Went back because everyone said good things and everyone can have a bad day. But it was consistently bad. Over priced and lumpia cold and greasy, limit had been siting. Service was awful! Felt like I was invisible. Locals were treated better but visitors beware!!!!

Today I found Truongs. Yes! Pho (beef noodle soup) featured beef that truly tastes like beef (a rarity in Saipan) was pure comfort food. I also split an order of the fresh lumpia with a coworker. Not the best I've ever had - a little heavy on the rice noodles - but tasty nonetheless. All of the dishes my coworkers... More

I used to love eating at Truong's, the Salt & Pepper shrimp was awesome. But the last few times I've been there, the taste of the dish has varied greatly, sometimes being so bland it has no taste at all. When they have a good cook there, you can expect a great meal, unfortunately you never know that ahead of... More

I've eaten here twice and it's always busy with locals & expats. In a bad economy, that's pretty telling. Clean, polite service and fair portion sizes. The Pho wasn't anywhere as good as I'm used to eating stateside in Little Saigon, but tasty just the same. Get the crispy noodles, lettuce-wrap spring rolls and salt & pepper shrimp. Service could...
