The restaurant has all you can eat sushi for a good price, it's well decorated, service was great and they have different sushi rolls as well as hot plates, great also for Vegeterians and Vegans. I recommend it.

Everything went very smoothly the two times a visited. I was surprised that food came out fast, which is not usual in sushi places. So if you don't have a lot of time or are paying for a baby sitter... Sashimi was super fresh and all dishes were just perfect. I'll be back.

The menu strays from the mundane and tired "rainbow roll" you'll find in every other sushi joint but the portion size and quality seem to suffer in exchange

Went to this place twice once with partner and once with my mother. When I went with partner they had 1 Dollar beers and Suki on a Wednesday night. Meals are big so if just two of you order the miso soup and one large plate. If you love sushi pick which ones you like and order up. Service was... More

This is the best sushi I have ever had! I came here with friends and we are all from England. My boyfriend and I are vegetarian and we were a little apprehensive looking at the menu as there didn't seem to have a very large selection for veggies. We asked the waitress for advice and she was so lovely. She... More

The Good: Staff! Happy Hour menu Strong drinks The Bad: Jalapeno roll on HH menu wasn't spicy I came here with a bunch of my friends who frequent Barracuda often. They knew the lay of the land and took full control of ordering. EVERYTHING was great and although the jalapeno roll wasn't spicy it was still delicious!

One of the many Japanese places SFO has to offer. I loved the variety on offer and the smiling staff.

Located in the Castro district, Barracuda is easy to find by taking the popular "F" Train which runs along Market Street. They have a great Happy Hour Menu from 5pm - 7pm during weekdays. You could easily make a whole meal from the selections for Happy Hour! Sushi was fresh, Cosmos and Sake that we enjoyed with our Happy Hour... More

Neighborhood Profile
The Castro
A flourishing commercial area that acts as San Francisco's LGBT community center and cultural heart, the Castro is a neighborhood welcome to everyone. As one of the first predominantly LGBT neighborhoods in the United States and currently its largest, it remains one of the epicenters of activism in the nation. Grand theaters and glitzy shops now compete with bars and fashionable eateries for attention, drawing visitors from around the world to the bright rainbow flag acting as its beacon.
