We were staying at the Hotel Tomo, so considered Mums Shabu Shabu there, but it was crowded and noisy, so we walked the block to this restaurant. It was very enjoyable--a comfortable noise level, the food came quickly and was of fine quality. I would go back.

Went with my sister in law here and she got the veggie shabu shabu, and they gave her a pot of water to cook it in. Unimpressed. I got the chicken sukiyaki and it was really good. We had a decent anfd rich dinner with a shabu-shabu with chicken and seafood self-prepared in an induction skillet. We enjoyed the taste but we regret to say that the addition of the billewas totally wrong,50% higher than expected. We immediately asked to correct it nad that was done with no grudge. But stillthis sour impression remains.

Stopped in for lunch during the Cherry Blossom Festival. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was our first time for shabu shabu and we found it fun. We had the chicken and beef. This restaurant was very busy - specialized in Shabu Shabu however a few things to note: you get a pot with steaming water, not broth, so what you get in the end is just sangy water - not soup.
