Unique flavors

We were told by a local this was a must. It was very good. Not your typical flavors, though. I had the honey lavender & it was great! But, it was just ice cream. Honestly, loved my Ghiradelli chocolate shake more!

This is where i wish i could eat ice cream every single day of my life. Warning, it is very hard choosing which of the amazing flavors you will have. Much like choosing a favorite child. The birth place of salted caramel. That is a must! good luck choosing the others. Worth every calorie. Walk it off or bike it... More

This is amazing ice cream (I am an ice cream snob). Creamy, deliciousness. It will cost you $4.50 for two small scoops, but worth every penny. Try the salted caramel. I was disappointed in the strawberry balsamic. You couldn't taste any hint of balsamic; none. There is limited seating inside and on the street. If you go at night there... More

On a street with the creme de la creme of Mission food destinations, do not expect to park, especially on a weekend! A stone's throw from Dolores Patk, the lines are crazy long at peak hours. To avoid the pack, get soft serve or a pint to go (another window). everything's good, but salted caramel is #1!

We found bi-rite in trip advisor and it had such great ratings we decided to make a visit and we weren't disappointed! It's not a big place and there was a reasonable queue but the options were amazing and inventive! The staff were super friendly, offered helpful recommendations and gave us lots of little tasters to help us make up... More

This and Marco Polo (gelato) are the top two ice cream spots in SF IMO. Visit this place about once a month. Rotating seasonal flavors. Try the creme brûlée if it's there. The salted caramel soft serve next door (also Bi-Rite) is also amazing but doesn't get much love and therefore a much shorter line--it's severely underrated! Sometimes I like... More

Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. Strawberries and balsamic that just melted in creamy goodness in my mouth. Long long line but so worth every bite!

They have original flavors but I've had better ice creams and I was a bit disappointed. Don't go there with great expectations.

The best ice cream I've ever had! So yummy! The ice cream is so creamy & the flavors really there. Definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants to come to San Francisco. It's the best on a hot day of course!

From burritos to bicyclists, the Mission is the foundation for all things hip in the city. Cultural attractions, an independent arts community, sumptuous street murals and a high density of bars and cafes make this neighborhood a magnet for young people. While terrific inexpensive food is abundant, its top-of-the-line restaurants now compete with the city’s best for fashionable diners.
