We visited Mitchell’s at two in the afternoon on a Sunday to avoid the long lines. It was crowded but the line was short. We took a number and were served in about 15 minutes. Old time favorite in the Mission. Wonderful exotic flavors. Get your ice cream dipped in chocolate, and don't forget to get a number when you wait. Crazy that there would be a line in cold weather! more
