Attentive servers, good food, great dessert- loved it

Quietly friendly and attentive servers, nice atmosphere. The samosa appetizer was excellent. Banana blossom salad was flavorful. Fried chicken fried rice was also very good. The exotic bomba- mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbet covered with a thin layer of white chocolate and drizzled with... read more

Coconut rice was quite strange and dry. Everything else ok. Good value if I had ordered normal rice.

Quietly friendly and attentive servers, nice atmosphere. The samosa appetizer was excellent. Banana blossom salad was flavorful. Fried chicken fried rice was also very good. The exotic bomba- mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbet covered with a thin layer of white chocolate and drizzled with dark chocolate ganache- was 5 star!

Came here for the first time for dinner on a Wednesday. There was only one other party there, but we decided to stay anyway and are glad we did. We were served attentively. For once the Pad Kee Mao that I ordered hot-spicy was truly hot-spicy! (Ordinarily it comes mildly or moderately spicy.) Green curry was well done and Thai... More

Dinner for family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Meal portions are very small relative to price. 18% gratuity automatically added (with space for extra tip when paying by card). - AVOID - you can do MUCH better in SF.

This Thai restaurant is unassuming from the outside but it was across the street from our hotel on Lombard street, so my family and I ordered take-out for dinner. We got 4 varying entrees - all portions were large and good value for the price. One of the dishes was a little spicier than Thai we've ordered before, so if... More

I cannot fathom how this place gets ANY ratings. Our party of four turned up at 8.20pm on a Sunday night. There were two parties already in the restaurant eating. We were seated after waiting for a table to be cleaned. We sat for about 10 minutes before a server came over and took our drinks order. We ordered a... More

Waited over an hour for food even though there was only 3 other tables occupied in the restaurant. No attention to drink refills. Food tasty but we were over it by the time it came out. Waste of time, get take away!

Authentic Thai food. Fresh and we'll cooked. A bit slow on the service, but not so much that it hurts the experience.

After arriving at the Coventry Motor Inn from the airport around 3:15 PM, checking in and unpacking, the five of us were hungry having skipped lunch on the airplane. By the time we left the hotel it was around 4:00 PM and we were looking for a restaurant. Just as we left the motor inn and hadn’t walked more than... More

As title, green curry is a must have dish! And crispy wonton is delicious too! But pad thai is different as we expected! Noodles is rice noodles instead of thinker one, and flavor is a bit too sweat for us! We have been to Bangkok, Thailand, and food tested is same as we had Thai good in Taiwan and we... More

Staying in Marina District

Neighborhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighborhood into a party-going hotspot.
