This restaurant is inside the Hotel Carlton on Sutter St and a boon if staying but if not it is well worth seeking out. Food was exceptional for value and taste and beer list is really good. We had a mixed dip selection,a duck salad and a fine falafel dish.

I only had breakfast here and it was excellent. The restaurant is just off the lobby. Choices are excellent. I was there 5 nights and had the Spanish Omelet and the Mediterranean omelet which had a generous amount of spinach.  The Organic Parfait (yogurt, fruit, granola) looked a bit skimpy, but it was very filling.

Food was fantastic. Many vegetarian options. Taste buds were alive. So good we went twice in four nights!

While the seating is very basic, the food and service was special. Exotic dishes prepared by an accomplished chef-owner were surprisingly excellent! While the prices were moderate. If we're located elsewhere it would be famous. I wish it were located my city.

in all fairness, I had breakfast here, so I can't speak to the evening meal. My eggs were just ok and I didn't care for the coffee.

Perfect hotel restaurant. Lamb meatballs are to die for! No rooms service but dishes are available "to go."

I had been to Saha on a prior trip to SF and was looking forward to my return. However, since they are closed Sunday nights and Mondays, I was not able to get there for dinner. Instead, I went for breakfast and was able to get an excellent and interesting Yemenite vegetarian meal. I do wish they had mint tea,... More

The food at Saha is extremely good: There is a long list of vegetarian options, and each of the small plates we sampled were great. The desserts were excellent too, and the prices were reasonable, considering the high quality of the food. This would have been a 5 star review except for the service problems: We waited almost 10 minutes... More

We went with 3 adults and 2 teenage kids. One child was gluten free. The other child and 2 adults were vegetarian. They had GF pita bread. The food was very good, from appetizer to entree to dessert. We've eaten at many Middle Eastern restaurants and this is truly a great Middle Eastern restaurant.

As you would have guessed we are vegetarians. Visited Saha in 2013 for a family dinner while we were on holidays in San Francisco. The mezze were excellent, different from all the other middle eastern restaurants yet very tasty. Would recommend this to anyone visiting SF.
