The first thing I noticed walking in the door was how nice the hostess was-welcoming me warmly and making sure I got the seat I wanted. I had a spinach omelette with potatoes. They were delicious and a lot more than I was expecting. It was on the expensive side: T.A. needs to add a another dollar sign to it's... More

Met here for drinks and dinner with a large group. Most of us directly from the office and the hostess immediately said we couldn't enter the large room we had reserved. No one was there, just no. We rolled with it, had drinks outside (awesome) and then were allowed in 20 minutes later. 25 people, $3500 Bill and got no... More

I took my SF based team here for after work drinks. It has a great outdoor area on Embarcadero with table service. Highly recommended for such an event.

Americano is a slick young vibe that makes for good spectator sport and the foods not bad either. The menu is not extensive, in fact its quiet precise. Ranging between a few salads, pizzas, pastas and some mains, choices are limited. Portions are just large enough to share (salads, pizzas). Most of what is served is organic, local and seems... More

we enjoyed the setting and the very professional but relaxed crowd, seems like a hot spot for after work. We met some fun and friendly locals.

We dined here on Christmas and thus ordered from a special prix fixe 3 course holiday menu with choices within each course. All selections were excellent. Our entrees included Liberty duck breast, butter braised black cod, and the vegetable medley. Appetizers consisted of Tuscan kale soup and gnocchi with braised oxtail. All dishes were excellent. Desserts were sticky toffee pudding... More

an absolute must when you are staying at the hotel or passing by in the area. Food is absolutely great in this place. Staff is super nice. Can only recommend hopping in for a glass of Napa whine and some Pizza/Pasta/Burger.

Mar 14-15, 2014 We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next morning. We had a choice of either Perry's or Americano Restaurant for breakfast. We definitely made a right choice, though Perry's on another visit would be fine. It has the look and the service. On one day I had the short ribs with 2 poached eggs, and... More

Indoor and outdoor settings with views of the wharf make this place worth the stop and for an over priced beverage. It's busy with lots of energy. Pizza is quite good as well.
