Great Food, Matches the Reputation !!!

Goat cheese appetizer, Pappardelle with fennel sausage, Pork Chop & Black Cod. The three of us were all extremely satisfied with our choices. All cooked to perfection. My Pork chop was best I have tasted. About 2 inches thick, grilled just right and topped with a deli mustard sauce. We... read more

I waited to write this until our entire family was awake so that I could get an opinion from everyone. My wife wanted me to rate this one star, our oldest son two stars and our daughter three stars. I averaged out the requests and went with two stars, which seems about right to me. First of all, this is... More

We loved this restaurant so much that we made reservations and came back the second night... My son lives in San Francisco, and this was his choice and a great one. The trout salad was delicious, fresh and filling. The Blue Bottle martini was delicious, the service was perfect, and the atmosphere was busy and fun but we could still... More

There are so many good reviews...my first visit after so many times trying with no luck....It was tottaly worth it! It was my husband birthday and I wanted to celebrate with his favorite food: Pork Chop- he says those are the best ones.....but they don't serve it on Tuesdays....but the porchetta, the cod and New York steak were outstanding... then... This restaurant is one of the most happening places in San Francisco and they push that to the max! Once you get over the noise level, you are in for good food and a fun atmosphere. Their chicken was one of the best I have had and eveybody at the table really enjoyed their meals. Service was quick but not... More

This was highly recommended by both a local concierge and by my local friends with whom I was dining. It was a tough reservation to get, but our concierge snagged a prime spot. We were seated promptly, although in a bit of an out-of-the way table, upstairs. Although we were out of the main dining area, it might have been... More

NOPA restaurant is a very authentic place where you can go either with friends or family, if you like design, mix of good food and drinks , this is a good place to go if you are in SF. I believe they change the menu everyday so thats pretty amazing for me.

I've eaten dinner here in the past, but this time am reviewing the bar. I stopped in at 7 pm to meet a friend for a cocktail before dinner down the street (Bar Crudo), and the bar was packed. There are not many seats, and most people were standing like us. They need ledges where you can put your drink... More
