this restaurant ticks all the boxes: the atmosphere, the interior, the food, the people. the food was a great mix of mediterranean and comfort food, wine menu was awesome too and the service was truly great, with attention to every detail. the food was high quality and the waitress was mega attentive and really lovely. go there without thinking twice.

top notch servers, great (small) menu of interesting combinations, executed perfectly. We had local anchovies en soar (w/vinegar marinade) on house dense rye, halibut w/spring peas & pesto, and duck breast. But the KILLER was the dessert: panna cotta with candied olives (!!!), figs & apricots. amazing. plus wine, blue bottle espressos and port. a great meal, but pricey ($250).

Creative, highest quality yet delicious food menu, wonderful selection of wines, buzzing atmosphere, polite and efficient service, at prices that can be afforded by those not on a corporate credit card. Highly recommended.

Nopa provided the standout meal in a row of nice culinary experiences during my visit to San Francisco. Our group was really lucky to even get in without much of a wait as we did not have a reservation. The place was packed! We started with excellent avocado toast and goat cheese for appetizers. It got even better with pork... More

The service was brilliant and the food was gorgeous, The food menu is small but this works perfectly as i hate being over faced with choices. Both my husband... More

One thing I always say about San Francisco is that it has the best restaurants of any city in the U.S. Nora is the perfect example. It is a favorite among locals, especially their pork chop. Dishes are unique and they use fresh local produce in season.

Food was ok, probably sad it was at the end of our holiday and we had enjoyed so many other restaurants more. Food was nice, flavoursome and good size portions. Staff were a bit off, and I think this really put us in a not too happy space - the sommelier was fantastic though! It annoys me when you arrive... More
