I had dinner with my daughter and teen grandson here and it was simply wonderful! I had the Pechuga Rellena de Huitlacoche (chicken breast stuffed with a mix of huitlacoche , zucchini and fresh corn, served over a roasted garlic sauce) which was to die for and the family chose 4 appetizers which they loved. There is something here for... More

We were recommended the restaurant and it didn't disappoint. The starters are traditional Mexican as I would think of it but the main courses are more 'fusion' but honestly it's so reasonably priced, amazing food and perfect service. Have a margarita as well!!

Anyone who gives this place more than 2 stars has never had good quality Mexican food in their life (or has drank way too many margaritas to care about food). Chipotle (1 block away) has better food... seriously.

We had four different dishes and they were great. Good service. Massive range of tequilas to choose from. Overall good dining experience.

No disappoints here except that you may not get a seat without a reservation if you eat during peak hours. Every dish is prepared well and tastes delicious. It gives Mexico fare a boost way beyond a simple taqueria.

Food was great but very packed dining area with slow service. Sopes and pazole were very tasty. Salsa could have been spicier.

We were looking for Mexican but did not want to travel out to mission. The place is very popular as we could not get in on the first night we tried so made a reservation for the next evening. We found the food to be fine but just not "Mexican" enough. Admittedly we did not partake of the cocktail experience... More

Very near our hotel so stopped in. It's not the typical Mexican restaurant. For starters, no enchiladas - my favorite. But they did have panuchos which I love and have only seen one other place. The service was attentive and timely. The waiter wasn't afraid to share his opinion of what was good. The flavors were very subtle and complex.... More

My niece that lives in the city recommended Colibri and I am so glad she did. We got there just in time for happy hour. We planned on having dinner but instead opted for many of the small plates they were serving. We particularly liked the guacamole and home made tortillas. In fact, there wasn't any dish we tried that... More

Stumbled in to Colibri's by chance on our walk back from Union Square. We couldn't have been more pleased with the meal or the service. Authentic Mexican cuisine with good tequila (try the flight). Dessert was excellent too. Can't remember what everyone ordered but it included : Pozole, pork verde, chocolate cake, mango brulee. We each raved about the other's... More
