Service was spectacular and food was fine dining fusion. Ingredients were of the highest quality and presented magnificently.

This was our fourth visit to Ame, and each has been very good to excellent. We went a la carte, passing on the tasting menu. Our first course was the Tempura Poke, which was a unique concept to us, and the Chawan-Mushi, which is a savory custard w/ lobster, uni, shitake mushrooms and a mitsuba sauce. The first was excellent,... More

We celebrated our 19th anniversary and decided to go all out. We both ordered the tasting menu with the wine pairings. 1st course was a weird dish of cauliflower, scallops and plum in an asian-gelatin broth. It was not good at all. The individual items in the broth were good, but the flavour of the broth was off and mine... More

Duck and Cod specialties were excellent. Atmosphere was a bit stark. Wait staff good and helpful. Quiet and calm.

We went for a business dinner, all was good and the dinning room was not so noisy you could not talk. I started off with a tuna egg noodle thing which was pretty forgettable. Mains was baked cod in broth which was OK. All in all it was OK. I think this is the first time I have eaten in... More
