Good, flavorful food. Nice location. Nice atmosphere. I had fish and a grilled asparagus starter. Bread beforehand is nothing special. I always wonder at these fancy places why they can't have delicious bread. But that was minor. Pricey, but overall, a nice dining experience in SF. Tasty for sure.

Absolutely love Range! Amazing food & cocktails - the menu changes on a regular basis, so it is always a new experience.

Very friendly service in a very busy and beautiful space, but my main takeaway from the experience is waiting a perplexing amount of time for small portions of lukewarm food. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, but I doubt that we will be back.

Range is a small, vibrant corner restaurant in SF's Mission district -- an easy 10-minute taxi ride from downtown / Union Square. The food is creative and beautifully presented -- maybe everything that's lacking at the Union Square tourist-o-mats. The coffee-rubbed pork shoulder is out of this world. Nothing disappointed.
