My partner and I stopped in for real burgers and weren't disappointed. Music to sing along to in the background and great views.

We stopped here for breakfast, great location right on Ghirardelli Square with a view out over the water. Breakfast was great, probably the best we've had so far in the US since we arrived. Love the decor too, very cool.

Cute place to eat and the views of the bay are wonderful. We stopped for lunch and the food as well as the service was good. Loved to look at all the older equipment and toys they had as decorations.

50:s diner which is cute and original! Beautiful views! Service was not really nice, this was actually the place that we felt was the worst of all places during our week! One guy did not smile even once!!! We had sandwiches and fries and that was just okej....the fries was not crispy and the diet coke tasted of chlorine....must be... More

Stopped in for lunch while at Ghiardelli Square. Had a beer and a club sandwich, The service was good. The food was OK. The prices a little high for what you are getting. All in all, what you would expect for where it is and what it is.

We came here because of it's convenient location to the waterfront and because there's a discount voucher for here on the free maps you get all around SF. We ordered milkshakes and shared a club sandwich. The milkshakes were good, the club sandwich was adequate but it didn't taste particularly fresh filled particularly well. Obviously the chef was feeling a... More

We avoided the long queue at the hotel and found this typical diner. Service was friendly and good and food was as expected. Large helpings, good quality, no surprises.

We stopped by for a late lunch, mid-afternoon, after a longer than expected walk along the bay. There were only a couple of tables occupied so we were seated straight away. Apart from the views, the place hasn't got too much to recommend it. The food was "ok" - typically American diner fare, edible but not spectacular in any way.... More

Lori's has moved since our last visit to the city, usurped by Walgreens, and this new location is smaller and lacks some of the charm (as well as the individual juke boxes) of its predecessor. It is still popular, and after 8.00am you are likely to queue for breakfast. But the service is efficient and the food still pretty good... More
