We went to Oola for their brunch. When we arrived we were not greeted by a hostess so we were standing there for a few minutes until we decided to just seat ourselves. Once seated, one of the waiters told us that the table were sitting at was reserved for bigger parties so they asked us to move. A little... More

I went to this place with my daughter for brunch. The food was, besides being barely edible, over prices, delivered cold and did i say outrageously priced. This is not the place to go for food, service or price.

It's always busy at New year, but we were able to get a table for 4 at Oola. They didn't insit on their extensive set menu, which was a little lavish for our tastes so the usual a la Carte was better for us, a mix up over the prosecco and the bill led to them very graciously waiving the... More

I absolutely love the comfort and warmth of this restaurant. The menu is varied and interesting and the full bar has creative options too. There are a lot of meat dishes so it is not the greatest for a veggie...It can be loud if there is a big crowd but many evenings it is very peaceful. Our studio is nearby... More

This place is great for drinks and oysters. The bar service is excellent and the oyster special before 7:00 pm is hard to beat. I tried the local 209 gin for the first time and was truly surprised. The whiskey selection is also extensive.

This place was recommended to us by the concierge at the Marriott Marquis. Food was very good, service just okay. We arrived without a reservation, and were told we would be seated within 20 minutes. We had drinks at the bar, 30 minutes went by, and we had to remind the hostess that we were still waiting for a table.... More

We ate at the bar and had great service from Emil and Katherine. The food was outstanding, with one glitch. My chicken ravioli was too salty for my taste. However, the crostini was great, as was my husband's skuna salmon. The side of kale was outstanding and the bread pudding was unlike any I have had or seen (I've seen... More

I went to this restaurant with my friend for dinner. The decoration is pretty basic but the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. We had a really great time as we were seated on a special "romantic" table (table for 2, hidden behind a curtain to preserve the intimity) even if it wasn't really a date. The waiters were adorable, friendly... More

. . and more. The bar is long and sleek and the food is wonderful. It's a great place for a long, casual dinner in a cool, contemporary space. The highlight was the bacon-wrapped monk-fish!

We walked past and heard a real buzz, so decided to try the restaurant. What a disappointment, probably the worst meal of the whole trip. It is sad when you have to say a little gem salad was the highlight of the whole meal - which was also a fairly pricey affair! It was all average at best and the... More
