Expected a lot more from this restaurant after reading the reviews, should have paid more attention to the lower ratings. Service was lax, the food below average and to DEMAND a tip added insult to injury. Just another tourist rip off

First time ever to try Dim Sum and was totally disappointed. The service was horrible and it was overpriced. Had to wait until the dim sum was brought around. When it came around it was all hogged up by a few tables and nothing was left when it got to our table. What we were served was cold and overcooked... More

Back in the mid 1980's some friends of mine wanted great Chienese food and we were pointed here, Because the local Chienese eat here. We were not disappointed then an now it was the same Great food! A culture shock is they do not give you Forks. You eat with Chopsticks! Forks are available to adults for a small fee... More

I wish I had stuck it out at the first restaurant I tried when I was told the wait was about an hour. I had never had dim sum before, but I got the sense that this restaurant was a poor example as I sat there. The dim sum only circulated once in a while, and when it came around... More

We stopped by for dim sum brunch today, and had spare ribs, chicken feet, and some other dishes. Disappointed with the food. The spare ribs were not tasty, and the chicken feet tasted weird. Will not come back.

If you go back 30 years, this place was phenomenal. It was a tribute to the San Francisco Chinatown community. The food was top notch and the wait staff were helpful and friendly. What the hell went wrong? New management. This place needs a makeover BADLY.

I'm glad that we didn't see the reviews on this place before we went because we may have missed a good lunch. The concierge at our hotel suggested this for dim sum. He said it was his favorite, and recommended it over the several that I had circled in the tour book. It was an easy walk from the Hop... More

Oh, man... I don't even know where to start. We were the only people in the place. That should've been our first clue. The appetizers were bland and greasy. The dinners were bland and salty (how the heck does kung pao chicken come out bland?). The sodas were flat. Don't waste your money here. Seriously. I wish I'd read the... More

This is the worst dim sum restaurant I have eaten in my life. Since I am asian, I have eaten a lot of dim sum and this is the worst. And we waited a long time for someone to acknowledge that we were there, no water, no tea. Asked twice for water and tea. Will never go there again!
