Poor

Expected a lot more from this restaurant after reading the reviews, should have paid more attention to the lower ratings. Service was lax, the food below average and to DEMAND a tip added insult to injury. Just another tourist rip off

The best Dim Sum experience I have ever had in the city. It's off the path from the main shops but worth the detour. I highly recommend dining here.

I visited this restaurant with 40 students from my school in Canada. Upon walking in all I could smell was cat urine. I wasn't sure at first, but I was upon sitting down. Our meal was prepaid and I had hungry teenagers to feed. The staff was unfriendly and cold and when they brought our food out I was literally... More

We sat down on dirty chairs and to chipped tea cups and chipped plates. Sat for a few minutes and received smudged dirty glasses with our jug of water. Yuk, looked at the menu ordered the weak tea and thought if it's this disgusting out here in the restaurant what would it be like out the back. Bye Bye we... More

From outside this place looked promising. We were excited to try what looked like authentic Chinese cuisine. A sour faced woman stopped by our table presenting dim sum that was not terrible but also not impressive. We wanted a cocktail but were never offered a beverage. Tea and water was on the table. The entire staff looked miserable. I seriously wondered... More

First time ever to try Dim Sum and was totally disappointed. The service was horrible and it was overpriced. Had to wait until the dim sum was brought around. When it came around it was all hogged up by a few tables and nothing was left when it got to our table. What we were served was cold and overcooked... More

I wish I had stuck it out at the first restaurant I tried when I was told the wait was about an hour. I had never had dim sum before, but I got the sense that this restaurant was a poor example as I sat there. The dim sum only circulated once in a while, and when it came around... More

We stopped by for dim sum brunch today, and had spare ribs, chicken feet, and some other dishes. Disappointed with the food. The spare ribs were not tasty, and the chicken feet tasted weird. Will not come back.

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
As the oldest in North America, San Francisco's Chinatown is an exotic experience. A unique neighborhood decorated with colorful shops, historic streetlights, hanging lanterns, and pagoda roofs awaits behind the stone-carved dragon gates. Feast on dim sum at the tea houses, or meet the locals who gather at historic Portsmouth Square to play chess or practice Tai Chi. Fish markets, produce stands, tourist shops, jewelry stores, fortune tellers, temples and restaurants come together to create a world unto itself in this historic neighborhood.
