A group of us stopped here for lunch and had a wonderful time.. In addition to seeing the Bread actually being baked on the First Floor, the Bistro on the 2nd Floor provided us with a Great View of the Waterfront. The food was good and the service was excellent. I will return there again for lunch the next time... More

Pouring rain and soaked to the bone, but a girl still needs to eat! Why not play tourist at Fisherman's Wharf? Eva made the night perfect and sent me back to the hotel with sourdough and butter for breakfast :) Cold and wet night? Better have the OMG dungeness Mac and cheese with a glass of house California Cab! Cheers... More

Rather than spend extra money for dining at the bistro, eat at one of the various stores. Stick with the chowder in the bread bowl.

Came from Monterey,Ca and decided to try the Chowder at Boudins... Well, they are known for their bread but their chowder is lacking a bit . To me it tasted a little watered down, just a tad negative on the flavor.

The food was fantastic, but it was a bit crowded. Well worth the visit, and the desserts are delicious so make sure to save some room!

Great Clam Chowder Bread Bowls in fresh sourdough bread! Yum! You can either dine upstairs or down stairs inside or out where it is little more relaxed, The bakery is a working bakery so you can see all sorts of bread going through its phases, not to mention the gift shop and the cafe. We had an early evening dinner... More

You have to try their delicious clam chowder in a sour dough bowl! It is really yummy! Parking can be expensive but the place is lovely. Staff are extremely friendly and service is really good. Soft drinks are all refillable.

We had planned on having dinner - soup in a bread bowl. It hit the spot being that it was a cool night. Our only disappointment was that it was sooo crowded - but then again, you know that the food must be good! We even had to bring some cans of soup and bags of bread home to share.... More
