I make a reservation via Open Table for a party of 4x at 5.00pm. We returned 1x hr early from the Alcrateaz visit and took a chance... Boudin is always busy. The host/ manager was most accommodating and seated us without delay. The bistro was busy! Service was fine ,friendly and predictable. ( wine service needs some training !!). Food... More

My husband and I ate here in the afternoon on a Saturday and it was very busy! They were cranking out bread bowls in an assembly line and we only waited maybe 7 minutes total from the time we got in until we got our food. It was very quick and we sat outside and ate. We both got the... More

Unfortunately I cannot review the food or service in the restaurant are of the bistro as we never got that far. We were told there would be a fifteen minute wait for our table, not a problem we were more than happy to wait and get a drink at the bar. Unfortunately the bar man refused to acknowledge our presence... More

Upstairs bar above the Boudin Bakery. Great wait staff. As nice as nice can be. Short rib sliders are really good as is the fresh pickled slaw. Homemade potato chips are terrible. No seasoning and overly greasy.

I ordered the fish and chips and my wife had fish tacos we shared a chowder in a sourdough bowl. meals were very good and the sourdough was excellent. yes it is a tourist attraction so the prices reflect that, but the food served is very good. tourist trap with quality food now that's unusual.

The sourdough saved the meal definitely but the chilli con carne should be better. Okay you must say that Boudin is a place to eat the clam chowder but even that appeared a fast food one. I imagine that, to provide services in Canary Wharf, speed is needed as clients come every second. Good service, place is nice and clean... More

You can't be the bread bowls here, or anything else for that matter! Excellent service and food. It looked like a tourist trap, but it is the real deal when it comes to food! If you go upstairs to the restaurant you don't have to wait if you want to sit at the bar!

On our walk of Embarcadero and Fisherman's Wharf, this place looked attractive...with huge windows to "Baking Central" where the chefs make bread concoctions that are out of this world!! There's a huge "walk up" location downstairs where you can order, pick up food and eat amongst the hustle and bustle, or you can go upstairs, sit down, be waited on... More

Ok for counter lunch. Pricey for what it was. Got soup in bread bowl. Bread fresh and perfect. Clam chowder tasty but not as good as other restaurants in the area. Good salad and sandwiches. If you're looking for a quick touristy lunch at the warf then this will hit the spot.

Go upstairs and sit at the bar. Fun for breakfast or simply a cup of coffee. Luinch has super bread bowls with yummy soup and lots of butter and a draft beer. Reasonable prices and fast polite service with a view. Even when the restaurant has a wait you can \usually walk directly past the line and sit at the... More
