They did "busy" pretty well

We'd just come away from the Chinese New Year parade. The city was buzzing, our feet were sore and we were hungry. We stumbled upon Roxanne's and it was clear from the waitresses' faces that they had already had a busy night by the time we got there. But they found us a table, smiled and then... read more

Called in for breakfast, had to wait 25 minutes after the order was placed. Food ok, but the waitress disappeared with our change, so we were charged 50% service charge! Won't be going back! Check your change or pay by card to stop being ripped off. Very disappointing !

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. The place was very clean and convenient to our hotel. We had the burgers with fries and were very pleased.

Located one block north of Sutter Street, The Roxanne is a good place for breakfast. When we went, we had the corned beef hash with poached eggs without the Hollandaise sauce and the Greek omelet, accompanied by coffee and carrot juice. The hash plate, ordered by my partner, looked really yummy and he finished it off easily. My Greek omelet... More

Had a few meals here during a recent SF stay. The menu is decent given the size of the place. Breakfast was good. Went late for dinner another night. Burgers were juicy and just what the doctor ordered. It's perfect little "go to" place when you want basic grub.

This is a wonderful little neighborhood cafe. I had the "Roxanne Grande" breakfast. The pancakes were nothing special but the bacon, sausage, home fries and eggs were all wonderful. The staff are all friendly and attentive.

Stumbled into this small cafe on the way to Chinatown. It's got small tables or bar seating. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The veggie omelet was filled with veggies and lots of cheese. The cappuccino could have come in a larger mug for $3.50 including a shot of vanilla. They begrudgingly gave me a coffee refill even tho they... More

Busy little restaurant. We had breakfast here. Food was good, with reasonable portions. Not inexpensive.
