Very special ambiance, little bit run-down

Trying hard to be "typical irish pub". Slightly run-down place, not a very warm ambiance, but one-of-a-kind. Not cheap: USD 7-10 for a glass of beer. Decent pub-food, decent service, and cosy-noisy.... Nice to visit once......

This is a lively Irish themed bar and restaurant that has a great selection of draught beers and talented bartenders that will expertly make your favorite drink. A great place to go and relax after work.

Absolutely beautiful food, couldn't fault it in any way. Great staff, great service and clean. A bit pricey for food and drinks but the best food I've had in my 3 city visit.

After long day walking around, we found this place next to the Union Square Hilton Hotel. We've walk by this place several times and decided to try it. The inside is large and though the lights were low, one could still see the area around. From the person who met us to our waitress, all had a smile and there... More

The service is very good here but it is a bit on the pricey side. As your so close to the main shopping area it can be very busy in here on certain days. Good selection of beers available when I visited.

Visited 1 Feb 2015, dropped in for bite to eat, chose 2 small steaks, 2 side order of french fries, 2 glass of white wine and pint of Budwiser, bill was $127. Atmosphere was good but noise increased during meal, we eventual left, as could not stand it, as did most of the customers,(maybe staff wanted an easy night), meal... More

Not worth your time. The beer tastes watered down and the wine was sour. Our waitress had a bad attitude and acted as if she couldn't be bothered with us when we were actually there to celebrate and would have stayed had we had better service. The corned beef was great, but the poor service made the experience unfortunate. The... More

We came with a large group of people ranging in age from 26 to 66 and every single person enjoyed it. It got really busy, tough to get an overpriced beer, but nobody complained. Piano players were animated and extremely talented. Would love to go again if we ever came back to the city.

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday in January. The atmosphere was nice, with lots of wood and a large bar area. I had the fish and chips which were GREAT! Hubby had a black forest ham and cheese sandwich that he enjoyed as well as a new beer! Service was average.
