Nothing fancy but good food and friendly workers! We had breakfast and there was a huge selection to choose from. SRO by the time we left.

Great selection of breakfast food. Well prepared and comes along with excellent service. A lot less expensive then hotel fare and much faster.

We had "brunch" here our first day in San Francisco. Their meals are HUGE so come hungry ! I couldn't even finish my omlette which is rare for me. All the food looks delicious and it is probably one of the cheaper places to eat near the wharf. It seemed busy but service was quick.

My hotel recommended happy days when I asked for great taste local and reasonable breakfast options. The 3 waiters worked together flawlessly, two offered suggestions, my coffee cup was never empty, and they never stopped moving making sure no one needed anything. The decision was between the eggs Benedict or the has as eggs. I went for the hash and... More

I wish we'd discovered Joanie's earlier in our trip. This place was the bomb! They had the best hash browns ever, and I'm not usually a big hash browns fan ... they were crispy and perfectly golden. Eggs Benny was also great, as was the Belgian Waffle with Fruit. The prices were similar to what we'd pay for this kind... More

We ate there our last day. I grew up watching Happy Day's, she owns it but doesn't work there. My son had the sausage gravy and biscuits with awesome long square home fries, my dauaghter and I both had the huge waffle with butter, whip cream and tons of fruit and maple syrup and my husband had eggs with potatoes... We were referred to this little restaurant by the staff of the Marriott Courtyard, just a few steps away. Large portions of typical breakfast food - but beautifully presented, with fresh fruit artfully arranged. Our group of 5 received a complimentary fresh fruit platter, piled high with multiple fruits, as delicious as it looked. Breakfast kept us full for the day!... More

In an over priced area this place was slightly lower and the food was good. Large plates you might want to share.

It was nice to be able to walk in and grab a table. Proximity to the Pier is wonderful, without all of the crowds of the pier. The servers were pleasant and the food arrived quickly. The serving sizes are beyond ample ~ we ate about half of the food. The food tasted like typical fare from an American diner.
