We visited on a Sunday evening -family of four with two girls ages 8 and 5. It was a good meal. Service was fantastic. They know what they are doing here. I would return again.

I've been going here for over 20 years -- best breakfast in town. Sourdough french toast was excellent. Teenagers loved the waffles. Eggs, bacon and everything else was excellent!

Came in for dinner. Sat in the bar area because of the line to be seated. Food was really good, but service was a tad slow. Would definitely eat there again, though.

Had a family breakfast here - From oatmeal to pancakes to corn beef hash and eggs, it was all good. Service was fairly quick. Rated 4 stars because, I thought it was a little over priced. But I would go back.

My wife saw a write up in a local magazine - we thought the menu was diverse and reasonably priced . The service was good and the decor good - great for a quick family meal

My family and I came across Sears whilst walking around Union Square looking for something to eat late in the afternoon. We sat in the quaint ground floor area and were well served throughout. There are 3 distinct menus - 1 for breakfast, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner (dinner from 5 or 6pm from memory) although much of... More

Visited this restaurant twice during our San Fran vacation. We initially went there for convenience as it was located next to our hotel, but returned for the quality meal we received. My wife had the pot roast (twice lol) and loved it. I had the pork chop one night and the roasted chicken the other. Both were nice portions, tasty,... More

We went for breakfast. Got seated right away and our food came fast. The steel cut oatmeal was great and my husbands eggs and potatoes were excellent. Perfect location off of union square.

We had a nice, hearty breakfast here. The Swedish pancakes with Lingonberries were very good. The sausage also very hearty. We were seated downstairs, 'basement like' but still enjoyed it. Convenient location and liked playing the slot machine after breakfast. My kids cleared their plates (15, 13, 11)!

Visited this Tourist Trap restaurant for breakfast. Food is good, but not extraordinary. Just good breakfast food. Waited in line outside to get in. Service is extremely slow.
