Good food!!!

The view is very nice if you are sitting outside. It was packed of people so I waited 45 minutes. The food was very good. Portions were large and food was tasty. The service was ok . The giant burrito was really good!!!

Unfortunately if you really want to eat at the Cheesecake Factory, then that's what you want, usually expect a long wait, but if you like it. My friends had to eat there with all to choose from.

Great food huge portions and such a variety of cheesecakes to choose from. The staff are very attentive and if you fancy a piece of cheesecake for later the carryout service is excellent.

We always treat ourselves to a trip to Cheesecake Factory when we're in San Fran. Portions are of course enormous. The food is good but the star attraction is of course the cheesecake. All of the ones I've tried have been delicious. Not a place for anyone watching their waist, and there are often queues for tables.... But it's great.

very busy when we went, I ordered a Caesars salad with chicken. I have had this before, so new what to expect. Well it was alot of lettuce, grated parmasan cheese with some chicken and it was also supposed to have croutons too. well I tucked in and half way through I realised I hadn't come across any croutons. well... There was a line for the elevator to go to the restaurant. Long wait for an average dinner (one hour inside seating and half hour for outdoor seating). A cold wind was blowing and the heater near our table was broken and they told us if we wanted to wait for another table, it would be another 30 minutes. Never... More

This Cheesecake Factory is on top of Macy's in Union Square. If you go at the weekend its rather packed but still worth standing outside, looking at the view whilse eating the desserts.

Usual fair for Cheesecake Factory, but sitting on top of Macy's in Union Square the outside patio seating gives you a memorable view. The wait can be intimidating, so I would suggest eating off normal meal times. If it's game day, forget about the bar. The wait staff is wonderful, we have always had someone who is happy and encourages... More

Macy's Cheesecake Factory is worth a visit. The cheesecake selection was vast and the ones we tried were very yummy, the process of waiting for a table was lengthy you are given a buzzer to wait to be called up, I think they lost our name as after an extended period and seeing others who had arrived after Us get...
