Having just arrived in San Francisco, we decided to stay local and booked in the hotel restaurant. Reasonably busy with a good atmosphere, the food and ambience were better than we expected. The big difference to the UK is the staff (Marlowe) who make the eating experience so much more enjoyable. The starters (salad and polenta) were very tasty as... More

We had to wait to pick up our rental car so went here for breakfast. The service was average and the quality of the food was not great. Also there was no seasoning in the eggs benedict. Not great but cheap. I wouldn't go back.

This bar/restaurant was a great getaway from the massive crowds at Fisherman's Wharf. Went there twice to enjoy wine and happy hour specials! Great servers and bartenders.

Cute, unassuming restaurant that has a great menu, great meal presentation and reasonable prices for the Wharf! I had the apple walnut salad - what a nice flavour and presentation - I added the grilled shrimp which was an excellent choice. My boyfriend had the seafood fettuccine and he wasn't disappointed. Would definitely recommend and return on another trip! Service... More

We stayed at The Tuscan attached to the restaurant so it was extremely convenient for us, but even so, the service was terrific and the breakfasts were excellent. We also enjoyed the dinner we ate there one night! Prices were fair considering how pricey everything in San Fran is!

We went there everyday while staying at the attached hotel. I thought the food was great we had breakfast which was perfect and quick. Also the late night menu, pizza is yummy! We had amazing service at night from Charles and the young Irish man. It had a great friendly atmosphere.

The service was excellent! The seafood very fresh. And the dessert was my favorite part of the meal. We were happy with our choice.

We really enjoyed the fresh seafood at Pescatore, from the curry mussels to the cioppino. However, the restaurant is SO loud, it's hard to enjoy a conversation over dinner. The service from our waiter was polite, but he seemed inattentive to how to set the table, where to place incoming dishes and how to clean up afterward. Sloshes and spills... More

Hi Rolodexia, Thanks for your review! While I'm very pleased to hear you enjoyed our seafood, I'm sorry to hear you didn't thoroughly enjoy your experience. Unfortunately, Pescatore can get a little loud at times, especially during our busiest dinner hours when the restaurant is full. We have brought on quite a few new staff members recently and I will... More

Our Concierge from another Fisherman's Wharf hotel recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Friendly staff and good food made for a great evening. It is a hidden gem unless you are staying at Best Western Plus Tuscan Hotel

Our server, whose name embarrassingly escapes me, really tipped the experience over the top from average to very good. He was superb! I have to say that he handmade a Bloody Mary that remains unparalleled, so the meal started on a high note. We ordered the Rustica Flatbread, the Bolognese, and the organic salad with balsamic dressing. The crust on... More

Hi Agatha56, Aren't our bloody marys awesome! You can't really go wrong with that straight off the bat. I'm trying to put my finger on who your server was, so we can pass along this great review. What time did you dine at? I'm very happy to hear about your experience and I'll pass along your comments to our chef.... More
