No matter if your getting slice on the way home or a whole pizza or getting a slice really late at night the quailty of the food and service is always top tier. In all the years I have been coming here, I have never had less then perfect pizza.

As a native NYer, pizza is definitely one of our best and greatest delights that we're known for. So after being the Bay for some time, I haven't quite found the brick oven, flavorful pizza experience I'd grown up on in NY...until I discovered this place! Most pizza places out here have that thick, doughy pizza with way too much... More

As an east coast guy, I think I know pizza. This was good pizza. Mushroom and pepperoni is the classic in my book and they did that well. My wife had a white pizza (no sauce, just cheese) with potatoes. Delicious. Enough said.

This place is tiny but I like the fact that all of their pizzas can be sold by the slice in big portions with plenty of good vegetarian choices. My favorite is the artichoke with feta and other veggies. Slices are always reheated, unless you happen to catch them right out of the oven. The crust is thin and crispy,... More

You might pass this place by if you were just walking by and happened to look in. There is nothing fancy about it. I was dying for some pizza, so I talked my husband into going in. I enjoyed my piece of pepperoni pizza. My husband hated his. He said it was too greasy for him. It was rather greasy,... More

I always like walking into Escape for a quick and affordable slice of thin pizza. Basic pepperoni is always a winner, as are the pesto slices. If the pie is not right out of the oven they re-bake it for a bit to re-heat it. I've learned to ask them not to put it in the oven for their full-length... More

It's really good pizza by the slice. Huge slice by the way. Crust was crispy, sauce tangy and toppings balanced. The setting might not be for everyone.

You can find better quality without much effort. The crust is indelible, the tomato is never cooked enough and the mushrooms are not of the best brand. Portions are quite huge though

Fantastic weekend ending with a horrible experience at this pizza place. I can't really understand the good reviews here, what a nasty negative bunch of employees. I was visiting the city and on my way to the airport my friend took me to this place for a quick slice. When I went in, I asked for 2 slices of pizza... More

Good, simple pizza. I like the thin crust. This place is favorited by many young drunks.
