Great Salad

I found the Buckhorn across from my hotel and had a fantastic salad. The prices are reasonable and the food was fresh and very good.

We had dinner here one night when we didn't want to spend big bucks. The food was good but nothing to rate raves.

The salads were creative and tasty, could have been bigger but good nonetheless. The sandwinches were very good, and reasonably priced. Would come back to this place for

For a quick meal during a meeting at the Moscone Convention Center, shopping in the area or while catching a movie at the Metreon, the Buckhorn Grill is a quick and solid choice. Known primarily for their tri tip sandwiches, they also feature burgers, chicken, salmon and an array of salads. I have eaten here several times when I have... More

They did have good food. My three year old had chicken fingers and the meat was tender and juicy, not dry like most chicken fingers are. My husband had a chicken wrap and he liked it. I had an Au Jus beef sandwich. I thought it needed a little more flavor but it was very tender and juicy.

Fresh fast! Everything is good and I have tried it all. Known for their tri tip, they also have chicken and salmon. Watch your meal made fresh. Big portions, decent prices.

I had the Tri-tip and it was well seasoned. It came with vegetables that were also seasoned to give them a good taste. It can be difficult to find seating as it is a part of the food court. A little bit pricey for a mall food court but it is in the middle of the city so one can... More

Like the title says, so sick of cold little pick-up chafes along waterfront with no seating, open doors, and uptight customers. Only choices where we were but certainly no ambiance or comfort.

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
