Unfortunately, On The Bridge offers some of the least tasty Japanese food I have experienced. My partner describes it as serving ample portions of cheap and poor quality food . I had the pork katsu don which almost anywhere in the world is delicious . Mine had no flavor and I had to ask for soy sauce. My partner had... More

We stopped here while in Japantown and saw they had curry dishes. Since my daughter can't eat gluten I stopped in and asked the hostess about the food and she got the chef to come out to talk to me. Chef Mitsu Nakamura came out and we talked about her food allergies and he was awesome! He said he can... More

On the Bridge says it offers Japanese fusion cuisine, but it's more like collision cuisine - Japanese crashing head-on into American with other traditions gawking at the scene. Plum fusion cocktail with soju was perfect(I know my drinks!) I ordered the mocoloco main course. It was seasond to perfection over rice that was almost caserole'ish flavor with over easy egg atop. I wouldnt say it was Hamburg J style, it was its own dish "Mocoloco". I will definately go back soon for their exciting menu!

Great Japanese style western food, like pasta with cod fish roe, and all sorts of curry.

I had the curry chicken here, and it tasted just like the boxed curry that you can buy at the Japanese market. It comes ready made, and all you have to do is heat it up and eat it.
