Great Views

They had some awesome ocean views! Great place to eat at at sunset. The food was all good, and the service was quick and very friendly! My friend and I got 2 of their salads and the the fried calamari. The calamari was a little bland but I would definitely eat here again.

Stuffed to the gills with red meat, we opted for a crab Louie salad. The crabmeat was either refrigerated too long or it was just plain old, reeking of iodine/ammonia smell which we tried to masquerade with bottled thousand island dressing. For $23 I could easily have had a canned tuna fish salade nicoise. The salad consisted of lightly dressed... More

I went in here for a sandwich and beer which was OK. I liked the place until I went out to my car and found out the passenger side window had been smashed and my backpack stolen. When I went back in and told the manager he just complained that the police wouldn't do anything and then just gave me... More

Probably the greasiest and least tasty fish i have ever had. Even my kids, who can eat pretty much ANY fish (and chips) barely ate anything. My salmon was decent though, therefore the 2 stars. Service was average but the view is nice. So it is the location. According to my experience, definitely overpriced

Always wanted to stop here but never wanted to fight the crowds. Decided that my birthday was a perfect excuse to wade in and wasn't disappointed. Restaurant is upstairs, brewery is out back, which I got confused about and wound up going to the restaurant. No biggie, I was hungry, but I was more there for the beer. The stout... More

This restaurant, also a brewery, has it all. The view over the Pacific, very good food (even though the menu is a bit short) and an outdoor space behind the main building. The beer they brew was also very good and tasty. We have had salads, pastas and meat dishes - all recommendable!

Ideally located right next to the beach, this is a great place to enjoy lunch while facing the ocean. Our burgers were really good and the staff adorable. If you're looking for a place to get energy before walking across the Golden Gate Park: there you go !

At the western edge of Golden Gate National Park is a brewery and restaurant that serves some underrated beer and cuisine. Sometimes, all you want is a beer sampler, clam chowder or butternut squash soup, and a plate of garlic fries. A nice respite to escape the cold of a San Francisco afternoon.

Great view...good beer...that is it...referred by friend, however immensely disappointed with lunch as the food was mediocre and the service was average, although friendly...better alternative just to the north on the Great Highway.

Beach Chalet is a great place for breakfast/brunch and watching the Kaiser/SF 1/2 marathon runners or paddleboards along ocean beach. I'd recommend the granola parfait and the beer selection is quite good after a run as well. A great place for family, friends and you can't beat the views.
