Lunch was wonderful

Thirteen of our family descended on the restaurant just before 1pm expecting a long wait. It was about half an hour, so some went off to look for souvenirs and four of us decided to sit at the bar. We did not have time to finish our drinks before we were told our table was ready, so we texted the... read more

Make sure you go here very hungry! The food is very good quality and plentiful. Special comment to the fries. Fantastic. Don't know how they do them but I would go back just for them. Menu is standard fare for the area - chowder, bisque, seafood and burgers. All well presented and reasonably priced. Located at the start of the... More

We ate here twice having tried different fish dishes we wanted to try each others original choices on the second visit. The standard of food and service are both great. Really good and great value

Went for lunch - location good and staff friendly. As we started our entree the main course arrived ! we sent it back - when we were ready it came back but the fried oysters were now a little soggy. Be warned - only one toilet!

Yet another perfectly good place to eat in San Francisco - you really are spoilt for choice! We only had a snack and drinks.

Great food. I highly recommend the California omelette my friend was raving about the crab cake Benedict. This is a must stop for breakfast and if you sit outside some good views and people watching.

Our first day in San Francisco and somewhat hungry after our earlier trip to Alcatraz we wandered about wondering where to go. Oh so many to choose from but we really fancied somewhere with a view and not too formal. The Eagle seemed to meet the bill so in we went to be greeted by 'sorry sir a table for... More

Straight to the point; eaten here many times, the food always gorgeous and fresh. Reasonably priced, especially when you consider the location. Staff are friendly and efficient. Sat outside for the first time during this visit and despite the wind the views are breath taking. Always recommend the crab cakes!

Nice place to get away from the wharf crowd. They have a unique deck/patio that over looks the wharf with views of the bay. Perfect to relax, people watch and enjoy excellent food and drinks. Service has always been great, too.

Good pancakes. But the real star of the show was the home made corned beef hash. So friggen good! I literally could have eaten three plates of it
