Lunch was good but kind of pricey

We had burgers and fries. It was good and i would come back. It looks like the oysters are good. A lot of people ordered them

I just walked into this place at random for lunch, and I was very impressed with the food. I got the eagle burger (?) or something and it came with a side of fries, and I also got a milkshake. All of it was delicious, big serving sizes and while I was waiting (it was quite busy), the waiters kept... More

What a find! We thought going to Pier 39 for breakfast would just be another expensive meal in San Francisco. Wow! This was so nice. I ordered the two egg breakfast figuring it would be light -- these meals are big. No skimping on the portions. Everything from our awesome Bloody Mary to or perfect breakfast was the perfect start... More

We stopped in here before our tour of Alcatraz. We were a bit pressed for time but the service was great and our food came quickly. I had the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict - it was so delicious! My husband had the French Toast, he said it tasted excellent. It is a bit pricey but we think it is worth... More

During my extensive year-long research before our trip to San Francisco, The Embarcadero, Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf were all highly recommended as sites to see. One particular menu which caught my attention was that of the Eagle Cafe so it took a prominent spot on our "to do" list. Middle of May was particularly cool but sunny and Pier... More

While out and about Pier 39 we were looking for a place to have a simple but good food for lunch. The staff were friendly. Large portions. The cod fish and the chicken sandwiches we very tasty.

We were looking for some place (other than Bubba Gumps) on pier 39 to take the kids, for good seafood. The hostess was enthusiastic when we asked about children's menus. We were told they didn't have tables large enough to sit our party, but that they could push tables together. Immediately after, the hostess sat a party (of all adults)... More

Perched above the chaos of pier 39, this is a great place to get a bite to eat, a drink, fresh oysters and watch the world go by. I had the French toast with a side of bacon and it was very good as was the coffee. We also had the corned beef and hash which was excellent. Give it... More

Waited 10 minutes for service after we arrived. I ordered the Crab Salad sandwich. It was fine, but nothing special for $18. Only time in my life I failed to finish cole slaw. Staff brought check before asking if we wanted anything else, then didn't pick up check. Had to go to them to pay the bill. Only one toilet... More

Quite OK atmosphere even if it is very touristic. Average service level. Coffees are OK. We had the California omelette, that was somewhat sub-par. We had to ask twice for ice water. Sparkling water, that they charge for, was served immediately. Only one restroom, which leads to queuing.
