Laurel Court restaurant is a typical "corporate hotel bar and restaurant" serving very good food from the buffet or the menu a la carte. Drinks and snacks are served in sociable surroundings from the bar, both being some what expensive. But then if you want a place to relax in sumptuous surroundings and in a historic hotel after that corporate... More

$5 charge for H2O. Gimme a break. My son and I both had the Prix Fixe menu and nothing was memorable. Son had a steak and I had fish. I do remember it just didn't stand out .In fact everything was just bleh.

We stayed at the Fairmont over the week of Thanksgiving. We were looking very forward to Thanksgiving dinner here and though the food was good, the service was not. We were greeted by a host who was leaning on furniture and less than enthusiastic to see us (it was the very beginning of dinner service), we were led to mediocre... More

Good food and really cute with holiday decorations for Christmas. Enjoyed the food, broad menu and flavorful choices.

My wife and I loved dining at the Laurel Court. The food was outstanding, the service was amazing. I have gluten issues and the restaurant offers gluten free options including pancakes and waffles. I was in heaven and so was my wife who doesn't worry about eating gluten free.

Good food nicely presented but a fairly limited menu considering this is the only family dining room in the Fairmont. Expect to have a leisurely dinner because the service is extremely slow. Larger selection at breakfast.

We had the breakfast buffet because we were staying at the hotel. Great spread, great décor. It is pricey, but if you're staying here it is probably not much.

If you like to be rudely treated and overpay for ordinary food, this is for you! Book it now! The room is spectacular, three domes supported by columns, with turn of the century scenes painted on the walls. Worth looking at. It could be a spectacular restaurant in the right hands. But it is currently totally neglected, Even the bar,... More

We had brunch here on Christmas morning. It was very nice. It was an extended breakfast menu that also included turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and all of the items you would want for a traditional Christmas meal. There was something for everybody.
