Small but very nice suchi Place. We took the chefs speciality. There was Three sizes but you didn't know what you would get. I selected 10 pieces, and got 10 fantastic pieces.

A great local spot, only hamstrung by the lack of parking, particularly on friday night. The sushi is great, with a good variety, but it's the rest of the menu that puts this place on the above average. They get the tempura just right, which frankly isn't common. The service is good, friendly, and their recommendations are worth following.

There is such a wide variety of sushi to choose from--all made fresh at the bar of course. Easy access too on one of the main thoroughfares of San Francisco. Parking is a hassle, just like everywhere else in San Francisco, but they have free valet parking for you right at the front door! You cannot ask for anything more.... More

Many types of Sake, Sapporo beer, good quality food, friendly staff. We had a dinner with friends. Place not noisy.

Food was fresh, service was attentive, menu offers good variety for the whole family. I went there with two kids (3 and 6 years old) and had no problem at all to find something to please them. Very good option in Castro. Just note the name of the restaurant changed to wasabi bistrot.

i've been going here for years, and it just keeps getting better and better :) good prices, enjoy the complimentary edamame and green tea ice cream, and appreciate the friendly service. best part - free valet parking!

Really delicious sushi. We bypassed a trendy, expensive "sushi" restaurant to come here, and we were very happy we did. Sushi chefs made high quality rolls, and our waitress was attentive and kind. We sat at the sushi bar by the way. The Romeo and Juliet roll and the 49ers roll were our favorites.

We enjoyed some take out from the restaurant. While we waited we could sit at the bar and enjoy a Japanese beer. Prices are very reasonable and meals substantial. I love Japanese food and this was a great find so close to Pacific Hghts Inn.

Try the short ribs, and any of the rolls. Really great. And yummy green salad with Japanese dressing is just 2.95. Maybe lose the TVs guys!!

Our favorite japanese restaurant in San Francisco!! Always very fresh and delicious. Start up with the shiro maguro and then try their delicious maki rolls (Tiger, volcano...). You will not be disappointed. Highly recommanded place in Pacific Heights. Might want to make a reservation beforehand... Valet parking also available...
