Tasty and filling Middle Eastern dishes

I opted to dine at Fattoush on the basis of TripAdvisor feedback and I'm glad that I did so. The food - m'nazaleh (Lebanese ratatouille) followed by mansaf (lamb cooked in yogurt covered with roasted almonds and served with saffron rice) - was delicious. The drinks - a mango lassi and a Lebanese... read more

A cousin who lives in the Mission District brought us here for brunch on a recent visit to San Francisco. Since it was a beautiful Saturday morning on Pride Weekend, and we could see that many places we were passing had big line-ups out the door, I was apprehensive about whether we would get In anywhere. We had no trouble... More

We're regulars here at Fattoush and come for brunch and dinner. It's also safe to say we've had everything on the menu. Nothing disappoints. It's all flavorful, fresh, and filling. The service can be gruff but the food is worth it. The corn flake french toast is amazing. The hashes are all good with perfectly cooked eggs. (The toast is... More

Really cozy fun place! Lamb wrap was excellent. Nice beer selection. Great service and very fair prices. Hummus was also very good. Hope to be back soon 😄

The appetizers here were delicious but our main meals were disappointing and mine gave me indigestion ( too much creamy yogurt topping.) Wine service was problematic with no house wine available and a mystery wine substituted at a price revealed only later.

This is the best Middle Eastern food I've had since moving back to the United States after 12 years in the ME. The owner is extremely friendly and conscientious. The staff served us well and made us feel that we were part of the family. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a Great find in Noe Valley. Two couples, one vegetarian, one omnivore, great place for both palates. Really good tabouli, falafel -and egg dishes. Would highly recommend for both vegetarians and omnivores. Easily accessible from the BART or 48 Quintara route.

If i am going to judge the food only (not the server/owner whom yes.. agreed.. is not very pleasant to all.. nor the ambiance), this place is great! The Sampling of cold appetizers was really yummy.. The Dolma's were actually fresh.. the hummus was good (and smooth unlike what one of the reviews below mentioned) the baba ghanoush was smokey... More

On a recent visit to Noe Valley my sons and I were looking for a close-by restaurant for dinner. The son we were visiting said he had wanted to try out Fattoush so we went there. We were warmly greeted and seated at a great place by the window. The Hummus we ordered for the appetizer was pronounced the best... More

I had lunch today with friends after reading the great reviews on Tripadvisor. Excellent lunch of the shared appetizer sampler plate followed by the lamb wrap with tahini sauce. At the end of the meal I tried my first taste of a greatly modified Turkish coffee which was excellent that the owner made. I never had coffee like this in... More
