in a town of many fine eateries, this place did nothing to impress. For a Tapas restaurant to be special, the dishes need to be creative and made with very good ingredients, otherwise the small dishes can be a real let down both in terms of value and taste. The tapas-style food at Illuna Basque is amazing. An inventive mix of flavors for a reasonable price. It is located in the wonderful North Beach area and is definately worth a visit to sample the inventive flavors. The only negative is that the service was a bit lacking from the waiter (although the "bus boy" was great). more
