Delicious

We walked along Union Street from our hotel and stopped here for dinner. The food was wonderful and the service great. One of the best meals we have had here.

Excellent asian and sea food, imaginatively cooked and served. Trendy region and restaurant. Make reservation in advance as the place is quite full. A little noisy.

Nice place to eat on Union Street - an upscale, shopping area in San Francisco. The food is excellent - well prepared and served. The servers are friendly and helpful. It's a vibrant place with lots of people enjoying their meals and conversing. Didn't see a whole lot of kids around. The noise level is moderate. There is a bar.

I took my Mom for lunch today and had Firecracker Margaritas , so yummy ! Then we had salmon with black mushrooms , kale salad with Asian pears and avocados and lettuce cups with minced chicken , these were all small plates and out of this world !

This used to be a pretty special place for many years. The food was magical and delicious. The atmosphere eclectic. On a recent Saturday I met a business partner for early dinner. The menu has changed and now differs in nothing from a formulaic "Asian fusion " hack restaurants that are currently "in". Prices appear to have actually gone down,... More

Walked along Union from our hotel, and stumbled into this place. Sat just inside the windows/sliding doors that were pulled back, and had a smashing experience whilst watching the world saunter by. Food excellent, if slightly expensive. I would recommend to anybody in the area.

The food was delicious. You could tell each dish had a lot of flavours that were married beautifully. The sticky ribs were delicious and exceeded my expectations definitely. The service was a bit slow at the start but it improved once the staff got organised. Would definitely go again.

Busy and loud on a Weekend evening. Just up along from Union Square and next time I am in the area, I will probably look at some of the other dining options. Might be better for a drink and bar food but not a relaxed experience at a table. Wait persons rushed and difficult to have a one to one... More

Excellent food and dessert. They suggest you order two plates per person which worked out for us. Papaya salad, spareribs, chicken dumplings, fried rice...I'd order them all again. But the desert was the topper: pumpkin ginger ice cream and tempura fried bananas with carmel sauce. So wonderful!

This was a return visit (about 10 so far). Food is still eclectic and innovative. There were quite a few new and unfamiliar (but delicious) additions to the menu. Service is solid and the atmosphere comfortable.

Neighborhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighborhood into a party-going hotspot.
